Hey Trav, great video, Geralt was my inspiration for growing my hair out as well! I would love you to do a video on a sort of natural swept back hairstyle. I love that just as much as a sidepart, but everytime I go for it and I go about my day, my hair slowly falls to the sides, creating more of a middle part than a swept back look.

Personally I prefer the Season 1 hair style, but the Season 2/3 style is more weather worn/rugged. I find myself doing it once a week or so in the Autumn/Winter months. Usually on busy days filled with chores.
I've yet to do it that way while going out while socializing. Might give it a try and see if I notice any reactions or get any comments.
I recall in an interview around the time of season 1 that Henry actually wanted to grow his hair out and dye it white, but his hair and makeup basically told him he couldn't because it would destroy his hair. Either way though I think they've definitely improved the style of it as the show has gone on.

My hairstyle has looked excactly like that (maybe a bit more greasy cause maintaining that particular style prove quitte difficult), except the tail tends to be at the crown, just like Geralt's from the 2nd game.. lots of the times though, gravity will be pulling it down, which is annoying

Except for the curtains I wear this look a lot. Especially if I want to weat it down, but not worrying about it my fave.
It looks good man but I think you could cut the front a little bit to be a closer match. I think you can still cut it to the point where it still reaches a man bun and still look more layered. Or honestly uneven bangs... get a few strands and just cut them a bit shorter and it adds to the disheveled look without having the strands be too long.
AT LAST, I HAVE FOUND IT! My long luscious wavy blonde locks can finally for fill the purpose they have been given.

Hi trav, totally unrelated comment but I just discovered your channel and I don't know how to ask you this any other way.
I saw some of your videos about how washing your hair with just water when you don't use shampoo still causes loss of protein. My question is: as a guy with mid-short hair who doesn't plan to grow his hair out, should I still care about that so much? I cut my hair every two months but they tend do become greasy really quick and I work out most days, so I need to clean them daily somehow. Thank you or anyone who might answer.
Not really. You cut your hair often enough that there’s not really any time to damage it. Just wash as needed

@@imho2278 The band he's using is def not a Longhairs one. I have some Longhairs hairties and they kinda suck tbh. Way too wide to tie anything nicely. Also not super stretchy.
