Problems.

Organizing a project and I made sure I fulfilled all the legal requirements needed but there is always something that will go wrong, or something that will arise unexpected that will hinder the progress temporarily, but I managed to redress any hurdles so, the progress continues.

Unfortunatly finding competent contractors is a problem world wide. Hopefully it will be smooth sailing from this point on.

Hi there. Been there done that. We had all our documents ready for the building permit but the biggest problem was not with the documents but trying to catch the municipality engineer to sign the w for approval. He played hide and seek with us. I truely understand your predicament. We’ll keep watching your progress on this project. Good Luck. Cheers!

Its not my first time to do such a clearing and build on the cleared land. Done it with my house and another rental house we owned, my husband knew my capabilities.👍

if the track continues to come off of the one excavator then something is either out of adjustment on the undercarriage or the undercarriage is in need of a rebuild. i hope you can get your diggers sorted out quickly as i am eager to see their results.
