i just got a 3d pen and after using it nothing would come out and another color wont go in ,but with the help of your video i found out that there was a thin piece of left over color. thank you soo much for making this video👍

For anyone having trouble to get the white part off: I used a flat head screwdriver and pushed it between the white and the blue part at the side where the power cord goes in, while pulling on the white part.

It worked. Put the flat head screwdriver on the inside on one side, and another one on the outside

@@sagekrol8042 use screwdriver to push the top back, it's just a plastic clip. It won't break. Had trouble removing it also, but before i decided to buy again, I just went for it. Finally fixed the damn thing
When I got the inc stuck in the pen I thought I would have to throw it away after paying so much for it. But I didn't, thanks to this video. I am so happy that I didn't end up throwing it away!😁

Thanks man, was enough to start, it is extremely simple. Bad tolerances though on mine was difficult to disassemble and assemble.

I finally did it. Dissamble, clean, and assemble again. Never touch any inside part of electronic before. But this works. Thanks.. 😊

Thank you for this vid... me and my sis are still working on it, not sure it'll work out, but this definitely helped. Have to get the bottom off for the 3rd time now, which is about impossible, but kinda fun. Might have broken the motherboard. Still worth it :)
I have other brand of pens and i took them apart and got the clog out put them back together and now the mechanism doesnt work or it just doesnt feed the filament! Will this pen work after i put it back together? Or shal i buy a new pen, do you have any pen recomendations?

well a really late reply if it gives gives this error, its dead not entirely but the end of the 3d pen is overheated and made it burn making it unusable you can change it with a new front end in the internet its easy but i lost so many parts its not worth for me to fix it no more i have to get a new one..

Thanks! I just had to do the same with a Dikale DKL-07A (Christmas present of my son) which is very similar. Getting the top off requires some force (or maybe lifting a tongue at the bottom and pushing on the top?). On my first successful attempt I ripped of a motor wire, but I could solder it on again easily.
I have a question. Is it possible to unjam a button to my 3d pen? My pen is the intelligent 3d pen. The SL-300. The upper arrow button is jammed and it won't click or do anything. Idk how to get it unstuck and it's wiggling a lot so that means it's loose or something. Pls someone tell me if I can fix or or not

@@asiaedwards9479 you may have to do a little too much force, because it has like a small piece of plastic that clicks both parts together, be careful and don't break it, but with a screwdriver it's very easy to disassemble, doing a small torque on the white part.

You can always weld together 2 pieces of broken wire. I'm sure there must be someone in your friends who could help you

The music makes me feel like there is a timelimit for disassembleing it and if you fail within that timeframe the pen will explode, just listen from 1:40, time is running out bigtime.
My wire snapped. What do I do?
I had a lix pen that I broke within 5 minutes of using it after filament got stuck. I then took it apart and proceeded to lose a button anyway. So I just threw it out. I might have kept the filament though.

Pls someone help....i have a vamaa 3d pen ...filament was stuck in the nozzle so I opened the nozzlebut as my nozzle was divided in two I had to open the back also and with the help of a twitcher I took the nozzle out..after this I pulled out the filament but it was hard so it was stuck so for that I supply it current to get heated in an open back position and after getting heated I again used the twitcher but I forgot to off the current supply and when the twitcher touched the small metal rod on which it was fixed..there was a small spark and since then whenever I am supplying it current it shows ERR and the red light keeps blinking...what should I do to fix it as I can't find any solution for vamaa pens..pls help

Thanks a lot - I have just removed some obstacle inside 3D pen, using your video (the same type). :-)
But I have a little bit simplified one step: "cleaning the feeder"↑ O:)
After removing the whole white "back" part (with 12V DC connector, string inlet & motor feeder unit) and after cutting the visible remaining ABS filament (in leading tube, between the feader and heating nozzle) I disconnected the small DC motor from board (the smaller white connector) - and connect the motor to external (safe) 5V DC source (e.g. USB): "+" pole to red and "-" to black.
Motor started working → and the feeder pushed the rest of filament itself.
After cleaning the feeder and checking the , I have assembled the 3D pen again.
