Yes she is very special! Unfortunately, all the people I know (some of them music lovers) have never heard of October Project let alone Mary Fahl??? Everyone recognizes her voice from the opening scene of that horrible 4-hour movie “Gods and Generals” with all the different Union and Confederate Regimental flags going by. (As a Historian; I liked it & It’s pretty historically correct) As a music lover? I live Mary Fahl!!

Just plain magical! Just saw her tour to support her album "Can't Get It Out of My Head" in Natick, MA. Had never heard of her or the October Project before that night but had heard a clip from the venue publicizing the event and HAD to see if "that singer" could approach the voice quality of the clip---she did. Her band is off the charts, but she deserves a full orchestra. Hope she comes back next year!

The beauty of her voice is obvious, but her control is insane. You can hear the power she has, yet she's able to control it it so well. Like having a car with 700 horse power but taking off nice and slow so as not to spin the wheels.

Mary Fahl is an excellent singer and has the most beautiful voice I have ever heard. I found her through John Bohnhoff who lives in MN and also Plymouth WI. She has songs I want at my wedding and my funeral. I cannot believe how wonderfully awesome she is. ONE of the few true voices.
Just WOW! I saw Mary a few years back up in Portland Maine and it was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever heard in my life hearing her live
Saw her live 10 years ago at the New Hope Winery in Pennsylvania. I am from the UK and told my Brother I would only come to his wedding if he bought tickets for us all to see Mary whilst we were in the USA. She gave a most wonderful performance finishing with one of the greatest renditions of Nessun Dorma that I have ever heard. Her voice is like no other.
