Assuming I am only going to replace my weapon and chest piece from epic to legendary as they both give defense at epic tier...which chest piece should I go for 12 % attack or 11% health(this one will give extra 3% set health bonus)???

this is really great information.. but let say for example archer's talent tree. most if not everything is mainly effected by the atk boost.(dmg up, chance to proc additional dmg, skill dmg) how would that factor into an archer who stacks all atk/skill dmg vs archer who has balanced stats? because the talents and archers work like that wouldn't it be best to stack atk?

Question. A commander like Constantine. Because he gives 40 percent health does that mean i should make his equipment defense and attack? Like would you still suggest gate keeper shield if he is in your garrison?

This is an very interesting topic. Correct me if I’m wrong but in that video you only showed the side of damage dealt. Shouldn’t you compare both: damage dealt and damage received to see the final outcome?
For example with some equipment you may get more kills but at same way you get more wounded?

In general yes, but there are some differences. To make a video about it I need some time... Many players ask for different clarifications and those videos require time. They will come!

The answer is not straight forward as it may seem, but you CAN definitely go with Attack!

@@zhengwu7240 in an A/T rally you want to boost your dmg outpost as much as possible, being him already difficult to swarm due to the high attack and counterattack damage. So you don’t need to worry about that particular combo being “weak”. I hope it is clear
@@WickGaming Thank you! This is super helpful! So I am choosing between Blazing Axe and Heart of the Saint as the weapon for A/T rally combo. Even though Blazing Axe boosts attack, but it's only 8%, whereas hearts of the saint boosts defense by 13%. In this case, which would you recommend?
So uh, would a shios return(8% defense) be better than scarlet hounds(5.5% health)? Kinda torn between getting it for the stats, and not getting it because legendaries are costly.

Very clear for the damage formula, but what about the severly wounded ? Which stats is impacting them more ? I've heard a theory saying health doesn"t work as well in reinforced rallies because your troops last longer but don"t do anything else. I have a hard time believing it but I wanted to know if you had some elements of answer :) Great videos! Thanks for sharing your knowledge of the game

Worth noting that there are a lot of skill buffs that do not show up on the stat screen, even when they are permanent. Examples include Chandra's health buff and Leo's defense buff.
In fact I am testing commanders that do not have those type of skills. Anyway, the purpose of the video is to show how the buffs are related to each other
Although Attila may get double benefits from the attack bonus, I do think the health bonus is also quite important for Attila in a long rally. How do you think about that?
personally i would get high attack and keep the rally full... if you dont have much reinforcement you could use health or defense to make it sustain longer until more players get online.

Ya. You get better return and its much cheaper. Especially if the former are crit and ladder are not

@@Spiral232 I do have a Sakura with special talent and a Shield. And I mostly use the Shield. And in a big brawl, most of the time the outcome is given by who survives the longest. Of course for a rally the situation changes...

This is just how the buffs are related to each other, troop type and commander is another speech related to the dmg calculation. Of course the relation of the stats is the same for every commander and troop type

Hi there, me and alot of friends did the same tests. 1 v 1 Health is king for sure, looking at sev wounded. But an 1 v 1 fight never happends. Not at ruins, not at kingsland. When you are multiple hit, the health % does not matter anymore, when you are multiple hit, its all up to defence and attack. I did tests with 2 v 1, 3 v 1. Now i dont have youre formula, but i would really like to see, if you can copy an real fighting simulation, instead of an 1 v 1 that almost does not excist. Thanks anyway. Ceaser, BUNS 1643.
