Fluffy Cheese Naan

- Naan is a leavened, oven-baked or tawa-fried flatbread brushed with butter.
Here's what you'll need:
3 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (450g) OR bread flour plus more for the counter
1 cup warm water (250ml)
1 tbsp sugar (15g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/3 cup plain yogurt (90g) or milk
1/4 cup olive oil (60ml)
3 cups shredded mozzarella or any cheese you prefer
BUTTER MIX:
1/4 cup melted butter (60ml)
2 tbsps chopped parsley.

Hey! How can i keep the fresh dough in the refrigerator for next..
I followed this recipe yesterday but I used milk instead of yogurt kasi walang yogurt sa savemore 😑
It was too wet though so just add more flour, siguro mga 150-200g of APF ung dinagdag ko. Or you can just hold some of the milk.
But I still like it, it was soft. I just wished I took note the exact amount of flour I added para okay na sya pag gumawa ako ulit next time. This was perfect for my Indian Butter Chicken 😋

No, self-rising flour contains baking soda (for cakes). It's different from yeast
When will I put the cheese?
Made this today, I used Greek yoghurt as i didn't have plain yoghurt. My naan didn't bubble up and was dense. Could the yoghurt change be the reason why? I weighed all the ingredients and felt good about the dough until it was time to cook it. Also, the naan was quite sour.
The water should be lukewarm. If hot, it kills the yeast, meaning no bubble.
This looks like alot of work. Haha. But its worth it

We made it was so fluffy we make it till supper..serve while its hot fabulous!!
I don’t know why this dough is so sticky hopefully it will turn out good still and dense since I had to add a little extra flour
