Warranty fraud is very frustrating for anyone who owns a vacuum and/or carpet cleaner. I’ve had the same issue with my Bissell proheat I used to have years ago before I bought a Hoover dual power carpet cleaner at Walmart. I heard the Hoover powerscrub elite does an awesome job at cleaning.
I've had this Hoover Powerscrub Elite for about 3 years or so and It's a Good upgrade over the older Red Powerscrub Deluxe that decided Not to spary as much water as it did when it was new.
a few weeks ago you recommended either the bissell or hoover, glad i saw this upload, i avoided the bissell and bought this hoover which is significantly cheaper
I hope these Hoovers last a long time, I am sorry what happened with Bissell sounds crazy! Amazing how much Hoover has changed since Maytag released ownership to TTi.
In my experience and other peoples experience carpet shampooers especially bissell don’t last long at all I’ve also feel like the Hoovers out clean the bissells
Good review a least Hoover carpet washers are approved by the Carpet and Rug Institute unlike Bissell which has no documentation for deep carpet cleaning I could be wrong.
@Intellitech Studios hopefully no issues with their customer service. i'm very hesitant to call hoovers customer service for my upright though. the rubbers power buttons are crap especially with no rocker switch
I’ve had my 4th Hoover today brushes don’t want to turn and a hideous noise like grinding , I don’t have pets or kids shampooing is like seasonally I don’t know where receipt is . I’m taking back to Walmart after I trouble shoot . I should have said I just got this one last year at Walmart !
on my revolution there's no pump when i press the Trigger and water comes out and i looked it it dripping and i don't know why Bissell told you on the phone not sending you a replacement new one so if mine happens i take it to BestBuy geek squad or my local vacuum store in north Lakeland 98 so if that helps to take your Bissell's to BestBuy geek squad or a vacuum store so if that helps
Most companies don't honor warranties, paid or not. Overall it's a scam to gain consumer trust while gaining the extra buck. They reassure you they will assist in your time of need, then disappear and create every excuse not to follow their word. Legally, they have the right to determine what's considered under warranty policy. It's a giant fraud indeed.

When I was 3 years old, my mom had gotten one of the older Hoover carpet cleaners brand new at Kmart when they were still around
