In fact,when i was in nursery our school used to play classical music during meditation time.....it just felt so blissful,as kids we just listened to it as music but when i grew up i started liking classical music and i concentrated more on the riffs and runs it really takes you in another world,your mind focuses on it completely forgetting everything else....
