RCE - I must say. I too am an engineer in real life… your content has subconsciously made me see phallic shapes in so many designs now. I’ve even gotten to the point I am subtly designing the strongest shapes and most efficient layouts into plans. I love your work. Truly a hero to the people 😂

RCE there is a very important mechanic of poly bridge that I thought you should know about.
The only thing that can't phase through ground is a regular joint, everything else can, including split-joints

I dunno if RCE is much of an actor but he is one helluva entertainer. For example, 20:38 . From the tone of his exasperated "what?!" to his frantic whining and struggle to reconcile what was going on, it was delicious the whole thing through. I cannot help but think that the whole mess was 100% truthful and if it wasn't then BRAVO on the acting! Just the resignation in the phrase "it is not fair" and the hope and despair of the lack of knobs on the last page. His itty bitty little existential crisis being immediately assuaged by clever engineering at end. Bravo, Matt!
I will tell what the point is and it is this, this gleeful schadenfreude the we all get to share in on and it is not the cynical kind either.

I still think there should be a less possible stress with the budget given rank, cause lowest budget kind of forces you to make the worst bridge that works, which makes sense as it is good engineering; but I think there should be a parallel rank that goes for the better bridge with the budget given

And yes, i did take ~10 minutes trying to pause it at just the right time.
Took me about 5 tries of clicking very fast to try and get every frame!
Try turning down the playback speed in the settings next time, certainly made it easier for me.
For future reference: When paused, use the comma and period keys to go frame by frame in a video.
