Honestly, the immersion and interactivity being brought to Super Nintendo World puts Disney to shame. As a Nintendo fan, I’m really excited to see that Universal brought their A-Game with this land, and while I can’t go to California to check it out, I’m super excited for it when it finally opens in Orlando in a couple of years! It’ll be interesting to see what Disney does in response to this, but for the time being, Super Mario has managed to get a 1-Up over the Mouse.
And if you think this land is great, Super Nintendo World at Epic Universe will be even bigger & better! With Mario Kart, the Yoshi ride and a Donkey Kong coaster!
This will be insane in Epic Universe!!! What will Disney do about Epic Universe? Guess we have to wait and see :D

I just wanna say here, for anyone going that's getting a powerup band, DON'T hit the blocks with it. Just punch the block with your fist, like in the games! People have said the bands break when you use them to hit stuff, it registers just fine when you punch it!
Does everyone in the family need a band and can I register more than one band per app
@@Mendoza09ish Everyone needs a band, and I believe it's one band per app, you'll have to check that for yourself though. That being said, you can have fun without the band, there's just some functionality you'd be missing.

I saw the Japanese theme park (I didn't go, but I saw the Attractions) and I fell in LOVE! They HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK!

Should probably note that the Power-Up Bands aren’t completely useless outside of the park. They also double as an Amiibo in Amiibo-compatible Nintendo Switch games for the character the band is themed after.

It looks almost identical to Japan which is my local park, except no Yoshi and some different food. I am sure everyone will love it! I hope the area is more accessible for visitors compared to USJ!

I love the theming and think this looks unreal! However. Something doesn’t sit right that you have to spend an extra $40 to enjoy half of the things. After already buying a wand at the Wizarding world, it would be a fortune to experience it all
Despite what he said, u dont need the power up band to do Shadow Showdown. They will actually ask u to take it off
first of all nintendo needs earn money for the costs of materials to make the band, and how else are you supposed to experience the park without it.
And you need a power up band to do shadow showdown by unlocking it using three key coins

Stop whining. They're cute and it's a nice souvenir for once you're done with the park and I'm sure you could save it and use it again when you go back. I'm a dude but I want the Peach band. Haha, love her. 💖

A luigis mansion or mario galaxy ride/attraction or area would be such a cool addition to the parks that would have a lot of potential. I wonder if they would ever do something like tht 🤔

I love the theming and especially the execution of said theming, I just wish it was bigger and that so many experiences weren't tied to the power bands.
I’m super excited to visiting NW next week. Looking forward to delving back into my inner-child. My single critique: I wish Toadstool offered more vego options in their menu

Here's a tip: Go during the weekday if possible. Upon availability, the virtual reservation timeslot is actually changeable. Found out too late.
If you’re wondering about the Yoshi Adventure ride, it’s exclusive to Super Nintendo World in Japan so the US version of SNW only has one ride

Thanks for this vid! You really went over things a lot of other channels missed such as what the keys are for, finding little hidden gems, and what the visors show on the ride! I only saw the ride’s speed and assumed it was slow and underwhelming but once you showed that footage of visors it brings so much more life to the ride! You made me really excited to ride it! I really wish they added more food alternatives at the toadstool cafe. Esp for people with allergies or gluten free or vegan preferences. Basically when I go, I’ll only be able to eat the foods you scored really low 😭 thanks again for this awesome and detailed video 🙌🏼
The Super Nintendo World in Japan also has a Toad meet and great (he can’t speak or blink though)

I went to Universal last Monday. It was crowded so you could not get into Super Nintendo without a reservation on your app. After I did get in, the Mario cart was a 2-hour wait and the cafe was booked! I saw Mario and Luigi and visited the 1 Up Factory store. That's was all I was able to do even though I bought a powerband, it's now a souvenier.

My thoughts about Toadstool Cafe even though I haven't been to Universal Studios: "Hey, look dinner and a show."
I’ve been having this dilemma over whether I wanna make a trip out to Hollywood and experience this or just save my money and wait the two years until we get it in Florida. I’m very impatient though but Florida will have a much better version. Universal Hollywood isn’t really a full day park anyway but this area just looks so amazing. Decisions, decisions.

Great to see two Super Nintendo Worlds now. I wish we could get one in the UK(Alton Towers would be awesome and could replace CBeebies Land)
If you haven't been back to try it, the Tomato Soup at Toadstool (which is a fairly basic tomato soup) is an AMAZING dip for the garlic knots. I highly recommend them together.
