I wonder how often Better Help is someone's first therapy experience and that the poor quality of care is creating a bigger barrier to seeking out good quality therapy. I've not used this app, but I've had a bad therapist in the past and that definitely served as a barrier to me seeking out new a therapist to form a good relationship.
