Chapssal Tangsuyuk (찹쌀탕수육) is a variant of the most loved Korean-Chinese food among Koreans: Tansuyuk (탕수육)
This variant of tangsuyuk has its original taste and the sticky rice in the batter gives it a lovely chewy texture and flavourful taste!

1. Pork (Loin, 300g)
2. Corn Flour (Corn Starch, 150g)
3. Glutinous Rice Flour (50g)
4. Salt & Pepper
5. Sugar
6. Vinegar
7. Soy sauce
8. Cooking oil
