Yeah I'd rather have people talk about the cooking tbh because that's the main focus of this series. The food looks bomb, especially by a chef as known as Lee Yeon Bok. Definitely want to eat at his restaurant one day.

(sweet potato starch 70, potato starch 20, cornstarch 10. Add water and let it sit for few minutes or hour? Remove water and add egg and oil & mix)

Anyone know how to make those batter ? I love chef lee yeonbok recipe, I tried this last week but my batter doesn’t sticks together . ㅠㅠ
Mix 1 cup starch and 3 cups of water in a bowl with a spoon. Let it sit on the kitchen counter until the starch sinks to the bottom of the bowl and turns solid (about one and a half hour).
When the water and starch separated completely, pour out only the water and keep the soaked starch for the batter.
Add about 2tbsp of beaten egg, mix and add about 3 tbsp of oil then mix again.
