“Vex is one of the worst champions in the game” is such a damn shame. I used to love playing mages, and shes a relatively new champ that is quite fun to play. But the damage is just nonexistent, and it’s not even that great into dashing champions since her whole theme is “anti dash.” Such as Irelia, Sylas, Yone.

mirange is a concept in Magic The Gathering that's in between aggro and control decks. So if you look at what aggro is to him (early game shit) and what control decks are (scaling stuff) midrange are champs that probably peak mid-late game but would get outscaled in the mega late game.

divers have gap close, bruisers are generally anti melee, theyre different range so mid range is just divers like sylas akali, if im understanding LS correctly

midrange are mages like ryze/vladimir with pure damage but little range, they are countered by control mages like anivia/cassiopeia (see ryze/vladimir lowest winrate matchups are vs anivia/cassiopeia)

all what he said theoretically right but in real game situation wrong , artillery mages are strong but not broken on there own it all depend on there own team comp and almost all the situation enemy team does not matter on the calculation

In my head assassins in mobas, are always mobile with heavy single target burst, which usually struggles with hard cc and things that can Tank you.

hell nah. Tanks require high DPS to get killed. It''s what DPSes or Carries are what for. Assassins don't typically have high DPS, only high BURST damage usually balanced with high CD. that's the "common" thing.
Evident also on TV/series tropes where assassins will always target the low-defense marksman or mages instead of the armored buff guy on the front.
