I love these math discussions, cause it’s really hard to quantify what mr item is the best in certain situations. I think the basic answer here is, spirit visage is probably better for splitpushing, cause you won’t have to tank ziggs there. They also don’t have any healing champ in their team (yes I know there is Alistar), but that feels pretty RNG, nor did jax get unending despair. Assuming jax has 3.5k that’s grasp healing of 123 gaining him 31 healing per grasp procc from spirit visage. Assuming jax is at 55% hp on average cause smolder has an execute gives you 24 healing per procc from spirit visage. Kaenic rookern gives jax a 630 shield. Pretty sure it requires a ton of proccs to get Jax close to rookern cause so far it’s like 20 proccs of either of these to get jax up there. Unless jax somehow also prevents magic dmg in fights so much, that he doesn’t take 630 magic dmg. Honestly kaenic shield probably has to get nerft, who thinks 18% is ok? Now it requires like 6 of both proccs to get there.

Not directly related to the video but I do think Z-tier is kind of stupid when this many champs are being put into it and there isn't even an A tier, just call Z-tier A tier and S-tier B tier and the tier list still makes perfect sense.

Clicking on the icons for shields/buffs or whatever can be super useful in teamfights if your allies are ever clumped at all so you don't click the wrong target. I do this on Ivern a lot and it is super useful. I also thought it would be similar on Shen, but actually since you already have your cursor in the center of your screen most of the game, just f-keying and clicking ult in the center of your screen I think is faster. Although if your cursor is already around the minimap anyway it would be faster to click on the icons instead. Idk about the situation they're talking about for looking around to assess the situation to see if you actually need to ult or not, since I think you should be able to trust your teammates but if you aren't sure you can then yeah you should just f-key anyway to look. You have to f-key in solo queue anyway so it becomes muscle memory to f-key to low hp targets most of the time tbh. But in competitive it would probably be easier since they can just say they're getting ganked and you instantly know to look if you didn't already.

Just to clarify for the Rammus part since LS misread it and just added the two numbers on the wiki together which isn't what it actually is unless I am actually misreading, his ult has a 60% AP ratio that is amplified to 90% when his by the center. But when combined with his Q it applies the Q damage as well, so 190%. And the aftershocks are 10% AP each and there are 3 of them, so total 220% AP if you land the center and all the aftershocks hit. And his Q is a short enough CD it's almost up by the time the aftershocks end.

Well I was going to say the only way I can see Lee being able to kick through Yone R is if Lee buffers his kick right before the Yone R finishes, since I wasn't sure if Yone R left him behind the target. But watchin the video again that is exactly what he did and it just kicks him away, so pretty sure it's impossible to kick Yone no matter your timing.

I'm convinced any time T1 has a game that they just stomp the opponent in draft, it's completely random and they just stumble into it. It's insane how they draft so poorly so consistently, but sometimes still manage to win drafts decisively and then it seems like they learn nothing from it and just go right back to drafting like shit.

If you're an FPS player with insane mouse accuracy, then what Reynor is doing with mouse-wheel down is optimal for you. If you're a mid-high level piano player, or if you can type 100+ WPM without looking, then using "~" as the drag scroll key is probably more optimal for you.

I love how star craft pros easily know more about league itemization, than league pros ever will, despite them not playing it professionally. I am glad I didn’t touch this game in a while, but I think I will always have a pretty good grasp on what’s actually strong from the items, because I know the math. It’s sad to know, pros don’t try at all to optimize the very basics in the game, like items.

It makes more sense in soloq yes. In competitive when you will at best reach 4 items it's not a realistic consideration unless you can argue that the extra burst + temporary resistances outbenefit your other choices. Which in this case, it's hard to argue.

It's so funny to call K'Sante an assassin considering he builds full tank, but it's kinda true. He pretty much serves to isolate a single target and try to one shot them, just like an assassin does. But obviously the main difference is afterward he is just a massive wall like an Ornn or a Sejuani, with the tradeoff of having less utility especially since his Q doesn't even slow anymore. Also this is from 14.13 or 14.14 right? Doesn't really matter since none of these champs have been touched since this clip other than Nidalee a bit, but mostly was just a top lane Nidalee buff/jungle Nidalee nerf which solidifies her more into just being a bad champ in competitive, unless she's broken in top which I don't think the buffs were enough to make her that strong.

dude the amount of times i see morello finish triggers me so much. in both pro and my soloq games. what is the fucking reason? this item was only somewhat justifiable before because of the pen it had, but even then it was still not usually correct to complete it. now you push 1400 gold into it to get a whopping 60 ap and 15 haste. barely even gold efficient. which tbh i think is how it should be. it should fall under the same category of verdant barrier, seeker's armguard, and qss, where sometimes you need them, but completing their full item is almost never correct (aside from zhonya's but that's only because armguard breaks after use). it's just insane to me the amount of people that actually just don't read or analyze items lmao. if they took literally 5 minutes to look at this item and see what it's doing and realize how completing it interacts with their next item purchase too, cancer would be cured, all wars would cease fire, and we would end poverty. thank you for coming to my tedtalk.

My take is either outrange or hard to play around mobility. So ap kog n xerath or really mobile champs like kass n zed. Another thing that works is snap engage, like gragas yasuo, cant be anything with walls though, cause ziggs has a dash. IMO LB match up is pretty doable, her w can be canceled by yours and you usually out push her, while your trades can be traded, if you land your skills. It’s not easy, but definitely manageable, if you know how play play with ziggs w.
