Its normal. Thank you. This will help when that self sabotage kicks in. I just have to NOT give in.
I am grateful that I only have a bad "day" when it happens - I can reset at night. A new morning means a fresh start for me. Feeling thankful after watching this. PS it helps that I only have keto food in my house and nuts and dairy are my downfall on those days.
