Great discussion on the Pac-12 rebuild. I think you are spot on. It's possible that they will merge with the entire MWC as well, and maybe add Gonzaga. The balance of adding Hawaii as football only and Gonzaga as everything but football seems inspired.

Ideal conference: CSU, Washington St, Oregon St, SDSU, Fresno, UNLV, Boise, Memphis, Tulane, USF, UConn, Hawaii (football only), Gonzaga (basketball only).

Tulane & Rice would make it more attractive to CAL & Stanford. Adding Texas schools is important for recruiting and TV. UTSA is a great option.
