I was raised by really sensible parents so growing up I was taught to save my money for retirement but recently I've come to realize that there's more to life than just saving for retirement. Spend it now while you're still able to go out and enjoy life. Every time I spend money I tell myself that whatever I spend now is going to come back to be three-fold. For the most part it has. Work hard but play harder.

Basically, sticking to a routine is what allows us to be the healthiest version of ourselves (especially when you're fighting these demons ex. OCD for me). point # 2: I am not afraid to spend either... money comes and money goes is my mantra these days. As long as you(I) am dam good saver, and invester. I research big ticket items prior to purchase. I really do bless others and money comes back to.me easily. Doing your hair and nails or other things that gurantee the feeling of joy.... to me that is also an investing equally as it is investing $1/day into Mutual Funds

Do you offer customized nutrition programs? My other issue is eating enough for the gains. But I KNOW that if I consume enough, I'll be more consistent because I KNOW I'll see the results because it's all essential/interconnected.
