Pontypool & Blaenafon Railway Gala, September 2023

The P&BR held it’s autumn steam gala on three days, 8- 10th September, 2023. In addition to the resident engines on the railway there were three guest locos which added to a very varied number of locomotives in use. The 8th September was the last day of the abnormally warm heat wave. By the 10th, the weather had returned to “normal’ and the day was quite wet at times.
