This M48 Sabotage Tanto Fighter is one of the best new designs on the market today! A unique triple beveled blade was once unique to hand-made knives, but now United Cutlery has introduced this design to the M48 Sabotage. A customized nylon belt sheath with a fitted rubberized blade cover is included. - Sport
Why is it these outdoorsy guys always have to chop wood with a knife, and they wonder why the blade get dull or breaks, because it's a knife they're made for cutting and stabbing flesh not wood, remember in ancient times of the swords, shields where made out of a hard wood, wood is a natural shield against knives and swords.
Right axes are for cutting wood
Love the M48 line and these videos. Talk about the tang! - maybe even show a video from before the handle is installed.
I just ordered one 😊👍
$90 FOR 3Cr13MoV steel and hit or miss quality? Ka-Bar it is!
can you switch out the handle for something like the kukri's handle? the guard on the tanto fighter is a little too small for me and it digs into my finger
You guys ever gonna make an m48 sword? A wakizashi and a katana to go with this tanto would be nice
Is the blade hardened or tempered in any way??
Well, like the shirt in the video. 😉
love this knife
what is the name of the song on background?
@Paul Smith 😂😂😂😂😂
or get yourself a M48 wood cablesaw, 🙃just saying . .
I will never shop with BUDK again!
Tony Cappio Good for you, however, this is a United Cutlery video, not a budk video, go cry somewhere else
I can hardly hear what he's saying over that stupid racket !!! no offence !! what steel ???
Hi +Tom Jones it's cast 2Cr13 stainless.
2cr13 ? are you kidding me? that's crap steel. offer this is 1095 hc steel and you will sell far more.
to those interested in this knife : please do your homework on metal used for this knife.
I know this comment is old, but please do your homework on this knives application, carbon steel would be no good for a blade of this type.
Manly.
Casting a stainless steel knife is nothing short of stupidity, you'd be better off with a $6 survival knife. It's a shame because I like the design, but why skimp on using decent materials? I'm a blacksmith knife maker btw so I'm not speaking from ignorance.
