Crews work to retrieve vehicle in Des Plaines River near Joliet

On Tuesday, first responders were trying to retrieve a vehicle that had gone into the Des Plaines River near Joliet a week earlier.

Looks like too much tax money to allow it to get wasted,simple dive+ tow truck operation. All excess personnel and equipment need to be dispatched to actual use or may not ne needed in first place

@@thepalettewhispererasmr1227 I know tow company operators in the area that do this kind of work,set up is almost certainly a self deletion. Huge waste of money or attempt to justify bloated budgets.
