@@BigKandRtv So, liberal state values showing worth once again. I am a naturalized citizen who went thru honest process and so does him who was born in Canada and came to the US when he was a child who had stupid parents who didn't apply him for citizenship when they became naturalized thinking that it would be automatic for him to become a citizen. Liberalism is impedement to intellectual capacity to use. The problem with this man is he cannot accept the fact that he is not a citizen. As per video, all his DL from liberal States were "temporary" with different codes. Then TN busted him when he applied for the "real one" because all he got from other different states were for "non-citizen" DL. He could not provide citizenship as a requirement for the "real ID". When i applied for my DL, i had to bring my "naturalized citizenship certificate" given after the oath taking. He should have that "certiticate" if his parents applied him for citizenship or would have the record with Immigration office. Liberal mentality lacks common sense like you. All liberal mentality wants are short cuts process in everything.

Those of you who are saying it is easy, we’re not born in the 1940s and have no understanding how much life has changed since then. That is the major issue here. I go in, they tell me that in order to get a "Real ID" drivers license, I need to bring in birth certificate and two other forms like a utility bill, Social security Card, with my name. So I do. She took all of 5 seconds to tell me NO. I asked why, and said that the name on my utility bill and social security card did not match the birth certificate.
I'll use the following name just as an example. Say you always went by the name TOM. However, the birth certificate says THOMAS. Well, in DMV considers that a disqualification and they will not give you a Real ID. It sucks, but that is basically what they told me. So if your BC says THOMAS, and your social security card says TOM, you are screwed. Thank goodness a lady there felt sorry for me and they finally gave me my Real ID drivers license. My guess, is that I will have to go through the same crap again come renewal time. NOT looking forward to it.

Like this man I'm a USN veteran. You have to apply to the Department of State for documentation that you are an American citizen in addition to your birth certificate. This is a new law passed by our federal government after 9/11 and it sucks, it's been 10 weeks and I've not heard a thing from the Department of State! The only good thing about it is that our growing illegal alien population will be unable to get a drivers license without great difficulty.

@@gailgregory95 yes. If he was under 18 years of age when his parents became US citizens, he automatically becomes a citizen and doesn’t have to do anything but claim it. His parents take their certificates to SS and have their kids status changed from permanent resident to citizen. However, if he wants a passport he needs his parents Certificate of Naturalization and his birth certificate to prove he is a citizen. He can also file a N-600 application for his own certificate of citizenship so he has proof - it’s like a new birth certificate for children of parents who naturalize. Parents automatically get a certificate, but their newly naturalized kids get nothing. So I encourage all my clients who gain their citizenship to apply for certificates for their kids who are born overseas but who become naturalized when their parents do.

When my former hairdresser's parents were expecting her, they took a quick and only trip to Canada. They knew with a baby money would be tight and they would never have another opportunity.
Well her mom's water broke, and yup, she was born in Canada. Early 50's lots of people came back and forth had kids, went home. No big deal.
She went to school here in the U S, trained as a hairdresser, started a business, married, bought a home, paid taxes, had 2 children.
Her husband was ill with COPD, and cancer but her friends wanted her to join them on a weekend to Canada. So she, now in her 60's applied for a passport.
After years of paying taxes etc, she was told she was NOT a U S. Citizen. Her parents were both Americans but she was not having been born in Canada ! Worse yet, her husband was dying and she was told she would be deported !
A year plus long battle with the courts, immigration. Her son was a sherriff Deputy but no one in law enforcement could help. She was told she had an interview with the Marshall's and depending on the decision she would be deported the day of. She and her son met with the official and it was a lengthy, frightening process. He finally came up with a solution
For her to sign paperwork stating she had no idea who her father was. So sad. But she signed denying her father to protect her family.
Once she told me her story, we found out there were dozens if not hundreds of people in her shoes both Canadians and Americans.

I was born in the US military on an installation overseas and share dual citizenship. I was raised in the USA and upon reaching the age to join followed in my father’s footsteps. I was deployed at one point and proudly served my country. Years later after becoming a civilian I lost my wallet containing my social security card. I went to the SS administration with my military issued birth certificate. I was told my certificate was no longer valid as a newer version had been issued and for all intents and purposes I was a documented illegal alien and would need to reapply for a new birth certificate which would take up to eight weeks to process, all the while I’m seeing people who speak no English getting assistance without an issue. I very loudly pointed this out and was removed by federal police from the building. I had to call my congressman just to get a replacement card even though the worker could plainly see I had a SS card issued to me. It’s a very sad day in America when a person can serve their country honorably and get treated like a criminal but an illegal gets treated like royalty.
