After 20 years in innovation and leadership consulting, Acho believes that the value of empathy and vulnerability is missing from organizations as a management tool. Acho is president of the Acho Group, a former partner of McKinsey & Company and holds a master’s degree and Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

I was in the third row of this event and this lady is one of the best Ted speakers I have ever heard, let alone had the privilege to see. She was and is amazing and everyone should watch this video
