No way. Raanta has had 1 good start in 2 months. He's only with the team by necessity at this point. If Martin keeps playing like this, he'll be starting a lot of games until Kochetkov and/or maybe Andersen come back. I like Raanta, but his time as a Hurricane may be nearing an end.
@@therecanbeonly1497 Thank you, I'm not a fan of this team, but I keep an eye on Kochetkov and Orlov.
@@user-yv3nm2wf8z the only benefit of sending Kochetkov down is he won't have to clear waivers. They may start him down in the minors when he's ready to play for some rehab time but he'll probably need to play himself out of a spot to get sent back down for longer than that at this point.
Of course, Raanta could always prove me wrong over the next few starts but he's been hovering around an .800 save percentage for the last few starts.
Martinooks goal was an absolute thriller, Was watching this game at the garden, lets go Canes!

i wouldnt say that was a mistake on ulmarks part i just think its hard to stop a break away and he didnt commit quite enough to the 5 hole until the last second

Bruins were terrible especially in the previous periods. Canes dominated almost the entire game.

Unfortunately Linus should have made the save. It happens I guess. Otherwise I don't usually do this but the officiating going both ways was horrible at times. However the crosschecking of Debrusk into the boards not being called was absolutely wrong. It should've been 4 minutes, but because the Bruins were already on the PP, the ref but on his blinders.
Officiating was very inconsistent all game. Never got a replay on a lot of the plays that looked like they should have been penalties but I thought the Canes got away with a few in the third.
On Martinook's goal, he was interviewed with his mom after the game and Lundqvist asked him if he was aiming five hole - Marty laughed it off and said he'll stick with the story that he was aiming low glove. I think Ullmark was tracking Marty's eyes high glove and Marty mishit it. Barely made it through but for me this is the hockey gods making up for Jarvis' shorthanded attempt beating Ullmark five hole in the second only to stop dead on some random piece of goalie equipment near Ullmark's knee (a clip or something).
I'm from Morocco & i'm bruins fun,In fact, we did not see Bruins's real face, and the canes were strong and fast in the opponent's area, and they were pressing all the time, just like Bruins, they were trying to win the game with the least effort and experience.

Actually, the Bruins had 4 power plays compared to 3 for the Canes. Carolina's man advantages were just more eventful.

Good game. Definitely a goaltenders game. Ullmark was off and let in a weak 3rd goal for Carolina. And Martin made the saves tgey needed. Otherwise Bostin would've blown them out of the water.

Hurricanes won the cup in 2006, and made it to the finals in 2003 and lost to Detroit. Last season, the Canes made it to the Conference finals but lost to a crazy unexpectedly good Florida team.
