    【ingredients】
    Curry: (5-6 dishes)
    ✔︎Bacon meat 250g
    ✔︎Large potato (one)
    ✔︎Carrots (two)
    ✔︎Onion (one)
    ✔︎Garlic (two cloves)
    ✔︎Water 750ml
    ✔︎S&B Golden Curry Curry Tablets
    Rice: (3-4 dishes)
    ✔︎White rice 300g (=360ml)***
    ✔︎Water 450-500ml
    The amount of water = more or less 1.2 times more than that of rice
    If you want to cook more quantity,
    ✔︎White rice 450g (=540ml)
    ✔︎Water 650-700ml
    ✔︎White rice 600g (=720ml)
    ✔︎Water 870-900ml
    ***In the video I used 300g of rice because it is the perfect amount for the pot I have. However, the amount of finished rice may be a little less for 6 dishes, so I recommend that you prepare more if you want.
    【The steps】
    1. Measure the amount of 300g of rice and wash it with water 2-3 times. Drain it and put it in a bowl. Add 450ml of water. Let it rest for at least half an hour.
    2. Cut the onion into small slices, the carrots into small pieces and the potatoes into normal pieces.
    3. Remove the skin from the bacon and cut it into pieces.
    4. In a frying pan, fry the meat over medium heat until the surface is golden brown and set it aside on a plate.
    5. In the same pan, with a little oil, fry the onion over medium heat with a little salt.
    6. After about 5 minutes, remove it to a pot.
    7. In the pan with a little oil, fry the carrots and potatoes a little. Add the meat and 750ml water.
    8. Grate 2 cloves of garlic.
    9. Start cooking over medium heat and when it starts to boil, remove the foam.
    10. Leave it for 20 minutes with the lid slightly open.
    11. Turn off the fire. Add curry pills and dissolve everything.
    12. Cook again over low heat for 5 minutes.
    13. With the lid slightly open, put the rice pot on medium heat.
    14. When it starts to boil, cover the pot tightly, reduce the heat to lower and cook for 13 minutes.
    15. After 13 minutes, turn off the heat without opening the lid. Rest for 15 minutes.
    16. Open the lid and mix the rice
    17. Serve on a plate first rice and then curry.
