Karaage is an essential dish of Japanese food.
It's easy and great!
Ingredients】
-chicken thigh 600g
-2 cloves of garlic
-a piece of ginger
-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
-2 tablespoons of white wine (or sake)
-2 tablespoons of wheat flour
-potato flour (or corn)
-sunflower oil
(White rice, mayonnaise, a few pieces of lemon
Lettuces)
【The steps】
1. Cut thighs into 5-6 cm pieces and put everything in a bowl.
2. Add 2 cloves of grated garlic, a piece of grated ginger, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of white wine (or sake) to the meat and mix everything together.
3. Let the meat rest for 20 minutes
4. Add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour and mix
5. Prepare potato (or corn) flour on a plate and add the meat to the flour piece by piece.
6. Prepare the sunflower oil by heating it to 170 degrees
7. When the oil starts to bubble, add the meat
8. After 4 minutes, turn around
9. Fry, moving the meat from time to time
10. Remove the meat from the oil and drain on kitchen paper
