I have that exact knife! I found it at Ossian Hardware in Ossian, Indiana. The covers are Winterbottom jigged brick red bone, and it has fluted bolsters and nickel silver pins and liners. This Case Select series was produced in 2013. The series consisted of eight different patterns and 250 of each were produced. It is a VERY special knife and we're lucky to have them! This style of jigging was developed by Samuel Winterbottom and was also used by Queen and Schatt & Morgan.

Looks like barn wood jigging to me.

Those are how you tell what year your knife was made in.
Gorgeous knife, do you mind if I ask what case dealer sells that? I would like to get one.
I couldn't say, because their stock is inconsistent.
