The "I gotta start making things on the computer instead of the forge" line was hilarious
Personally my favorite line too😂. Thanks for watching Bourne : )
Monopoly production makes they expensive
He's not wrong knowing that Valve pays hundreds of thousands per skin you created that gets added into the game
@@SuperiRix4 yep roughly 400k usd per skin, you get royalties from the skin so its different for everyone
@@fortnitetrashcan8308 no its like 50k per skin, and most of the time they only add skins from the same people over again because they are experienced
I like how happy he is when he guess the price right in the end😂
I too was amazed when he produced an audience of children celebrating from his mouth

If this guy played cs he would definitely be a blue gem collector
i did not know about case hardening being a real thing this just makes case hardened skins even more cool now

@i8lvm_1738 I'm pretty sure he got an fn ak case hardened 670 or 321 with 4x harp of war if he hasnt sold it. the stickers cost ca 1400-1100 usd pr sticker and because they are applied you would only look at around 35% of the original price. The ak in it self costs around 10k usd for the 321 and 25-27k for the 670. I can't remember which of the patterns he got.
It was a very fun watch, can we expect a part 2 for the rest of the knives as well, im a lot invested
yea would be cool to hear what he has to say about the survivla knife

The best “experts react to” channel if seen in a while. Crazy to me that the views don’t reflect the quality of your content. Keep it up!

The falchion knife is based on the Cold Steel Espada knife.
It's known as the strongest utility knife on the market, the tri-ad lock being able to withstand over 300 pounds without the lock breaking.

by far the best "experts react" video i've ever seen. Much better video quality than many channels with over 1mil subs; keep up the great work!

That means so much Vyan, thank you for the nice comment : )

do the Flip Knife and see how he'll react to the blade being taller than the handle

@@SkateVidz01 Europeans were sleeping brother and we make up the largest part of the csgo fanbase.
He just did
Wait even the guy who makes knives irl hate the falchion. Rip to my falchion enjoyers out there
For real, RIP
hes completely wrong about it being a liner lock the falchion is pretty much a 1:1 of the cold steel extra large espada which uses a different style of lock that is stronger than the steel around it and will not break unless the blade itsself snaps
As an avid balisong flipper (butterfly knife) I gotta say your description is on point, I had a CS:GO butterfly in real life once, but it was Impossible to flip properly, it was very handle heavy, the curvature of the handles makes advanced tricks very hard, and the resting position is more closed, thereby making aerials an easy way to cut your fingers :P
That’s why I hate the butterfly knife everyone else thinks it’s the best in the game and I think it’s at Navaja level
I hope there is a part 2 with the rest of the knifes, vid is well edited and the Expert is such a nice person. Keep it up
Lmaoo you really got him to say “gear up, we’re not going on a windy walk here”
The Falchion knife is based on an actual knife called the Cold Steel Espada. It's a backlock mechanism, not a liner lock like he said.
Was hoping someone would say this
I came here to say this, except it's not a backlock mechanism (though it looks like one), it is their own proprietary lock called the Tri-Ad lock, which is one of the strongest locking mechanisms for any folding knife. (I own one lol)
@@chipe420 you're right, but as far as I'm concerned, a Triad lock is just a modified backlock, like how Spyderco's compression lock is just a modified linerlock
@@peteg22397 from personal experience with triad locks and regular lock backs, traid locks stay tight where as normal lock backs are more susceptible to developing wiggle over time.
@@chipe420
A Tri-Ad lock is simply a lockback with a stop-pin locking face. If you took the stop-pin out of your Cold Steel (which, by the way, don't do that) it would be, by definition, a lockback knife.
This was so refreshing to watch. Love that he was very open-minded in terms of pricing and design instead of the classic “ThEy PaY tHaT mUcH fOr PixEls”. He seemed to understand that collecting virtual knives can be just as much a hobby as making real knives. Also loved the how he said “not my cup of tea, but to each their own”. Shows respect to other opinions. Great content, please do more ❤
As a skin collector this made me so happy to see someone have a real life connection with these! I hope to see a part 2 with all knives
Thank you so much for making this video! It was insanely entertaining and informative. Please consider making a part 2!
peak performance my g Jahmez!!! Keep up the great work and what an absolute fantastic knife expert this man was. This screams for a part 2 !
please make a part 2. I thoroughly enjoyed this video
That windy walk line triggered something in my brain, I heard it millions of times before yet never bothered to notice it.
I don't play CSGO anymore, but man this video was awesome and so well done. Mr. Cashen seemed to appreciate something he could easily get offended by which was awesome to see.
this is incredibly well made wow, loved the commentary !!! very very interesting and engaging.
They should have used vanilla knives for guesing the price because he obviously isn't aware of rarity and popularity of the finishes
Amazing video. I hope to see part 2 with the rest of the knife lineup in CS!
It's time for a part 2 already 🙏
Need to see his reactions to high float Rust coats and navajas
would love to see a part 2! so many cool knives in this game.
We need more of these! His reactions to prices were great.
I truly enjoyed this video. Great quality, keep up the good work!
I love how the flashbang holding the knife to info screen with voiceline transitions go, great editing!
Great vid, quoting the CT side voice line "not going on a windy walk here" sold me aha
I’d love to see him actually play with some of the knife recreations in real life! Great video!
Woaah! Excellent video! You really need to do this again but with guns. No kidding this was my first video of yours and easily enjoyed the entire thing! Don't stop this now :)
I was thinking the same thing!
Great video! Great footage and montage with very informative stuff on how important knife design is. You're very underrated...
Really cool content, well made, learned new things and was entertained throughout!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience with us Mr. Cashen
This is very entertaining. I need a part 2
after seeing so many of these expert react videos, i initially rolled my eyes at this one. really glad i watched it though every part was enjoyable
I love this "experts react" series, excited to see what else you have plans for! your channel is definitely going places, fantastic work
This makes me happy as a long term skin collector, would love to see more!
what a wonderful gentleman, super attention to detail and well worded, much respect!
Man it’s a bummer and really wild that you don’t have more subs, your content is so good!
I love the knife expert guy, he's very honest in his opinion and open to blade finishes that only really exist in-game and he also doesn't seem too bothered with the price of some of these in-game which kinda suprised me since not alot of people understand that the cs:go skins are set by the people who buy them and not the company that makes the game and there's some cases were these knives get super expensive cause they are incredibly rare and sought after by collectors that have a stacked bank account. Overall 10/10 video, would love to see part 2 of this were he reacts to more knifes from the game. Im especially curious about his thoughts on the Huntsman knife.
Please do a part 2, this was a blast to watch!
Very high production value, thank you!
Thank you Kevin Cashen for your knife expertise ! One of the best csgo skin videos I’ve ever watched
Love this guys energy
The interesting part is that this man, whether he knows it or not, is affecting the prices of these knives by talking about them.
Heyyyy its the cs stick dudee hiii
As someone who already has a slight idea about the designs of the csgo knives, i really appreciate that you also criticize the various finishes the knives can get in the game. Learned something new! :)
Really enjoyed this video! maybe there will be second part
Subbed, brilliant video. Didn't think i'd be sat here watching the full thing lol.
Super video and also it is great to see how much effort valve put into the knives and their description.
Fantastic stuff. Good expertise and objective comments with anecdotes and humor
Thats a really good insight to the technical aspects of these knives, didn't know they modelled some of the functional parts in csgo aswell!
i love this guys vibe. seems so friendly and knowledgeable. his voice reminds me of John Goodman lol
Shadow Daggers 10/10. What a time to be alive.
Love the highlighting in red! Subtle and effecting
This videos is so good to watch. Listening expert talking about those is very very enjoyable
Please bring out a part 2! I'd love to hear his take on the huntsman knife and the stiletto!
For me and many others, it's not only the appearance of the knife that creates the appeal, it's also the unique animation when using the knife.
Yeah that’s why I don’t like the butterfly, paracord, survival, falchion, skeleton knife
YES! The video i have been waiting for!
Definitely earned a comment and like from that intro, like, hows many gonn segway between irl and cs better than any youtuber has ever introduced a sponsor lmao
Great video, we need a part 2!

this video is so good, keep it up bro!
Love these experts react content! Keep it up!
Thank you for being apart of making this video knifeman!😎
This was such an interesting video man. thanks for that :)
Really unique and fun video to watch, you earned my like!
I'd love to see more of this
I'm surprised that he didn't recognize the classic knife as it was a real life titanium knife made for a show. I believe Gabe being a knife fan himself, he got the idea of the knife from the show.
He also called a lock back (triad lock but same shit) a liner lock.
Nice in depth explanation of knives and how they are made and designed.
Bro this is a masterpiece video, see you when you’re big bro gonna be the start of something cool!
Underrated channel. You will grow big
We definitly need more of it!
Wow what an amazing, in depth video.
the intro was great with the csgo line, amazing video i thoroughly enjoyed it :>
Thank you : )
Them flash bangs was too much lol I literally turned my phone away every time 🤣
Great video, i want to see part 2 of this
I never really liked the case hardened, but after knowing the real world process I have a whole new appreciation for them. Also when he said the crimson web wasn't a very durable finish, I thought maybe that's why valve made them rare to get in factory new.
would love to see another one of these with kevin with the rest of the csgo knives!
Will do!
A part 2 would be great! ❤
Already waiting for a part 2!
What a fucking legend bro im high af and when he said the cs voiceline i started crying i love this man please dont ever die Mr. Knife Expert!❤
INSANELY good quality! I’m impressed, needless to say
this was way more interesting than I exzpected
Really nice video hope there is a part 2 with the m9
its cool that you actually brought a guy that knows what he is talking about and not just some clickbait fake expert
This needs a part 2!
This was actually super cool. This guy is way more cool about it than most people are with online items.
He knows his stuff, he could tell blue gems would be expensive without knowing much about skins
Part 2 please. This guy is highly knowledgeable.
classic man and very unbiased with his ratings, especially giving that flip knife a 9 because all around its a flip knife and made well even if he hates those styles of knives
Amazing Video Would love to see more
def need a part 2
Id love to see this guy react to the various TF2 knives from Spy and Sniper, and see how distinctly recognizable each knife is, despite the stylization.
Also to be fair to him on the Karambit, he was thinking of how it functioned, but since every knife in CS works the same, only aestetics matters, hence why the price was so high.
I love how excited he got seeing the Damascus Bowie
Your channel is blowing up. Godspeed.
