    great lecture as your lectures always but one note is that the meeting of splenic vein with the{ superior} mesenteric vein causes the start of portal vein not the meeting of splenic with the{ inferior }mesenteric vein

    Mono can also cause dysautonomia which can persist even after the symptoms of mono have resolved.
