ABOUT…
I am Rebecca and I am one heck of a passionate vocal coach/singer/songwriter/impressionist/health/fitness/self- improvement/anything that makes me smile!! I love anything vocal/singing related and geek out on it every day. I want to motivate and inspire others to follow their dreams…corny? Well maybe but it's true. So what's motivating me?? I had a huge tumour removed summer 2017 and my ovaries and fallopian tubes. The tumour was the size of a 20 week baby!! However, despite not being able to walk for a couple of weeks, and feeling generally awful…. It has made me create and do what I love! It wasn't an easy time but I won't let fear dictate my life. I didn't think 'why me', there are plenty of horrific issues people have to deal with…it's not always smooth sailing. It's true when you hear, 'Life is short', the crazy thing is, I am glad it happened…I appreciate life even more and practice gratitude everyday…It's so easy to get caught up with the little things…and I do sometimes, but look at the bigger picture, will it matter in a year or two…?

You took the words from my mouth. It's the confidence that holds us back. Anyone can sing. For me I get drunk and my real singing voice comes out because sober I wouldn't be able to be relaxed enough to sing in front of someone. But secretly I study music and song. I can pick up any instrument and figure it out. But my true passion is singing. Cheers to you for everything you do. Even if you don't know it, you've inspired me to try harder. Thank you
Well, I would not say its ONLY confidence that keeps some of us from singing as well as Sam Ryder does.
Not everyone can sing. My best friend had no singing tallent at all. She missed every single note. It was extremly fun to listen to her sing tho lol. Our song was my girl. When we where home alone we sang my girl loud and proud holding a candle stick. Fun times. If she really tried, went to a coach and everything she would never be able to sing. But i loved listening to her sing 😆
I first discovered Sam a few years back supporting Fatai in London. I was absolutely blown away by his performance. So glad to see he's getting the recognition he deserves now!

Honestly, my opinion is that his song didn't showcase all his abilities and talent. It was an ok song, it just could have been way better. I didn't like the Ukraine representatives' song, but overtime it REALLY grew on me. I think that's what Sam's song failed to achieve.
