TRASHED Harley-Davidson FXR Wheel Can it Be Saved?...Before getting this wheel button up and back on the Harley-Davidson FXR. The over look on this Harley-Davidson FXR wheel was looking a little tired and trashed. But after a little tweaking and some paint. I think it'll look better...well let's see what every thinks! #fxr #harleybuild #harleydavidson

I'm diggin what you're doin.
For the rim, I would have put it on an axle and spun it while roll-locking the outer rim, it would have given a more uniform finish... my 2 cents.

Wet sand and some mother's mag and aluminum polish will take out some of those whirl marks from the grinder

I did the opposite, I taped all the contrast then painted then polished. Taking that grinder the aluminum 😢

I know, the aluminum was trashed as it was. It'll buffer out! lol
