What a great video. It’s nice to see London from the water. Can’t wait to see more thank you.
such a treat to watch , the weather is being kind , really enjoyed the trip you all seem happy bunnies , stay safe .😊😎.
Excellent video. So many new flats and big buildings.
Many thanks!
We did the same journey last summer but from Limehouse we went up through the Olympic Park, then up the River Lee and the River Stort before returning to Limehouse to do the tidal Thames. Highly recommended, in particular the Stort, which is very quiet and beautiful. You’d love it.
Another fantastic vlog 😊 thoroughly enjoyed this one too 😊 looking forward to tomorrow’s instalment! Stay safe and happy travels on the cut 😊
The hustle and bustle of city life as seen from the waters edge. So much to see you don't have time to blink. I would like to think the kids were mesmerised by all what their eyes could take in. And the noise must have been deafening too. With all that said, I am sure the sights were as fascinating enough to soak up everything that had been caught Infront, and to the sides, left, and right. Great little vlog Chugabugs. 🖖👍
Thank you... it was mind blowing for all of us and completely different to anything or anywhere we've previously been to
I am surprised that Gary is liking the Metropolis so much, it's a change but no doubt some peaceful countryside will be welcomed. Stay safe all and Enjoy.
We now can't wait to be back on the canals, we're really missing them
Lovely to see my London again but what changes! I would feel quite lost now. I must watch this again…..and maybe again.
Hope it brought back memories for you
@@GaryCaptainPhillips Certainly did but so so different and is there a wall left in London that hasn’t been sprayed beyond belief. Part of me loves the exuberance, the muddle and the free expression but any dignity that those areas in London has is totally wiped out by political messages. Progress!
Hi Gary, that was fabulous. What an interesting and constantly varying cruise that was. I am absolutely not a city person, we live in the heart of the Norfolk Broads but I found this to be a real eye opener for big city life and really appreciated a different view on modern life. Thank you for sharing ❤
My pleasure and I'm so pleased you enjoyed it... you'll see a totally different view in tomorrow's vlog
Loved this vlog guys . I love London and a real tourist when I go however I didn't even know half of these places . Amazing intro to London by the canal.
Tomorrow's vlog will be awesome 🎉
Glad you enjoyed it and we're so excited to share tomorrow's vlog
@@GaryCaptainPhillips can't wait to see it x
Yep There sure is a Buzz about London.Cheers
Loved this video. I was confused about route into Thames. Now understand that I was just being dim ! Can’t wait for the next one.
Tomorrow we take on the Tdal Thames
A complete contrast to the countryside canals ..loved it ❤
Glad you liked it
good vid cranking it on new waters keep up the good vlogs you do thanks lee
Very nice Gary! Inspired me to do the same trip next year.
Youll love it !
I like when you change from one scene to another. It's very nice. What I don't like is when vlogers put their hand over the camera, like they are going to hit you in the face. Keep up the good work.
Thank you so very much
It was a very exciting video. Most interesting to see London from your perspective on the water. I really can't wait to see your journey to Limehouse. I've been intrigued ever since I watched Sean and Colin go there on board Silver Fox several years ago. Question: what does it mean when a building (stables) were rated a 2? Take care
I hope tomorrow's vlog doesn't disappoint. Grade II listed means it's protected from demolishing or change
It looks as if there was plenty of space on the visitor moorings. And Gary in shorts. Shock Horror.
There was loads of room matey. Can't wait to hopefully meet up on the Oxford, we're cranking it now to get there... loving my new shorts !
@@GaryCaptainPhillips Don't rush too much. I'm in no hurry.
I see you went under the famous “blow up bridge “just before the zoo.Facinating trip but although l grew up in a city l prefer the countryside 😊
Lovely video guys. X
Interesting buildings like you say Gary, lovely curves on some. So do the flats in the gas towers go up and down according to how much hot air is inside them at the time?!
Lol unfortunately not
I have always thought Nicky reminded me of someone familiar but could not figure out who. Well tonight I was watching some music videos while making dinner and Iooked up, seeing the singer and the light bulb came on. You are a ringer for Evanescence singer Amy Lee🤯 When you get a chance, watch the Speak to Me video.
I most certainly will, thank you
