Where's the house on the new land?
I think theirs about 62 trees on the land love it .
Lovely bit of land 157 trees
This is the end of travels IMHO. Land is very demanding. It ain't a patch of lawn.
@@jimbob-robob This will also give them new Content for their channel. 👏🌈🙏
Fantastic piece of land ...fenced,water .dry roofed buildings ,road in place ...delighted for you both ❤❤
Thank you so much 😊.. We’re very happy and looking forward to the next chapter x
keep everything its not junk you will be surprised we have made some lovely things from junk found in the houses we have brought in central portugal enjoy your journey!
Thanks for the advice😅 xx
You two are nuts lol. Do you not think we would be with you why you're doing all that? This is an adventure, and I can't wait for you both to start renovating this land and bringing it back to nature. Please take us with you while you're doing this, no trips needed all we want is for you both to be living your dream for those of us who can no longer do it!!!! Love you both xxxx
Awww, what a lovely message ❤.. Thanks so much, we really appreciate that, we’ll take everyone in this adventure called life with us 😊
I personally would enjoy watching you develop your land and seeing what you have achieved. It would be a welcome change from van build or even travels.
awwwww, Thankyou.. We’re looking forward to sharing a bit of everything here now☺️xx
Me too ❤
I would prefer that as well❤️
I enjoy both! Don't change a thing. You guys are great and always getting better!
No!!!! Too many off grid channels!!!!
Your land - trees - out buildings are in such good shape compared to others I follow who have bought land with old buildings.
That’s lovely to hear! Thanks Priscilla ❤
Yep👍🏻
That's a lot of work...I recently sold my house in Tuscany, partly because of a divorce, but also because my plot had 40 olive trees. Most of the year, there isn't much to do with the trees, but at harvest time the work is very intense. Picking and transporting the olives to the olive press needs help from guys who know what they're doing...oh, and they need paying.
I've moved down the road to a place in the centre of the village with a little courtyard garden plus balcony, plus a little vegetable plot a short drive away. Such a relief. I join in the comings aand goings of village life and no longer have the headache of having to maintain a large plot. Pruning the trees in spring is a necessity, otherwise the trees become overgrown and difficult to manage
You're young and full of enthusiasm, which is great, so I don't want to throw too much discouragement. Good luck!
Thanks for the advice 😅.. There is currently a service available for us on the land (if we want) where a local farmer can come and collect all the olives, take to the press and prune the trees for us, they then give us a 3rd of the olive oil, we’d probably go with this, no work for us and we still get a reasonable amount of our own olive oil😊
@@theexPAWers Perfect, go for that for 2-3 years until you figure everything out, then can choose to do more or less work yourselves... You will also get to meet the locals who are fantastic, enjoy the lunches 🤣👍
👍🏻😁❤️. I’m living on my land in my bus. You’re way ahead of me. I had to put in fence, I’m on well drilling wait list, but the river runs one side, a flowing ditch the other, so I have access to water for trees, unfortunately no fruit - they will come. I have a lot to do, I consider it to be a joyful life work, not just a project. It will get done when it gets done, and no stress about it. I sit at my little patio area beside bus, look out on my land, I’m filled with peace serenity and gratitude.
Best Wishes on your “Terra Adventure”, Enjoy 🙏❤️🥰.
Love this.. Glad you’re enjoying your land and not letting the jobs/tasks take over, that’s exactly what we want from this too 😊
Congrates on the new land, looks like you have your work cut out. Can't believe I won the competition, thanks, well done to the other winners. L&L
Hello! Congrats on winner and sorry for not letting you know sooner, been a busy month😅.. Send me an email with your address to sarah@theexpawers.com 😊
Congratulations! You got a very nice piece of land with great potential. Yes there is a lot of work to be done, but as you are not going to do it right away, but little by little, you will be able to manage. The building is perfect for a tiny house. I'm very happy for you. Please be careful with the scorpions and snakes when walking around the property.
Snakes 😮??
@@salopianblue8765 Vipers, not deadly.
Thanks so much.. yeah we’re happy and we’ll do what we can when we can but not get bogged down by it all😊.. There’s no deadly snakes in the area as far as we know and hoping not to see any scorpions 🦂.. All will be well 😊
@@galdessa1 v are but i dont think there are aby in europe
That heavy iron piece is probably a rough farrow that is pulled behind a tractor to break up the soil and drag the grass/weeds out creating a fire break and air rats the soil, the curved hand tool is an old bill hook for cutting long grass ( tip get yourself a sharping stone to get a sharpe edge then keep your legs out of the way)
Wow, really great advice.. Thanks for letting us know😊
Got to keep watching you two now. It will be interesting to see how you improve the land over the coming years. Good thing is unlike some youtubers I know you two will be truthful and there wont be any BS about what and how you do it.
awwwww, Thankyou.. We have lots of great plans for this land but also will continue to share the travel videos as that’s our passion too ☺️xx
Hello Sarah and Nick,
We have been sat here waiting for your latest video blog, at last it has landed! You are one of the only channels that we sit around and wait for on CZcams because you are so ace! Thank you for sharing your lies with us, we really appreciate it.
All the best, Zoe and Malish
❤❤❤ awwwww, Thankyou guys, our lies??? Hope that’s a typo😂😂😂😂xx
@@theexPAWers oh no! The joys of being totally blind and relying on Siri to type my messages for me!
I’m so sorry, it was meant to be lives and not lies.
Wishing you all the best, you are fab, Zoe.
It was worth taking your time over your new investment, and then true to Expaws unique way of doing stuff you bought blind . What a buy you two’s , a little if but of work and you will have looking good . There’s an English CZcamsr , her channel
Is called Loosely Wild she has done exactly what you have done and bought land without seeing it and she has done well to . She lives out if her van and has paid for her land from the proceeds of delivering parcels for Amazon with her little dog and her Transit.Maybe she is near to you in Portugal , l think Sahra and Loosely Wild may visit the same hairdresser ? 😎🤙
Find the book Grow A Little Fruit Tree by Anne Ralph. I keep all my trees around 5' tall, manageable size and not a lot of wasted fruit. This is the time of year to cut them way back, all the energy is up in the canopy. The best fruit grows fro horizontal "scaffold" branches.
Wow.. Thanks for great advice, will google the book😉😊
How exciting! I'm so happy for the four of you!! Love all the trees... a little slice of paradise!
Thanks, it sure is very exciting 😊
So happy for you both. All fenced off, fruit trees etc.. You two are so lucky to find such a beautiful piece of land. You made the right decision! ❤♥♥
awwwww, Thankyou.. We do feel like we found a good one here ☺️☺️xx
Good attitude to “do what you can, when you can”. Enjoy the journey!
Yes! Thank you! The land hasn’t been worked for years so if it gets left it gets left !! No urgency here.. 😁
We are so pleased for you all ❤
Thankyou so much ❤️ x
I think leaving a lot of the land wild is lovely lovely lovely. So many trees. You did a great job of finding the right place.
awwwww, Thankyou☺️☺️xx
Yeah, and you guys made your place in Spain looks so good I know that you will make that property shine. Have fun.
True that.... I know this will be a breeze!! Its mostly land clearing and pruning.
Thanks so much, yeah this isn’t too bad really, it’s going to be fun 😅
Really happy for you guys. I think someone has cherished that land in the past and it will be fabulous to see it brought back to prosperity. Enjoy every moment and I look forward to seeing your journey 🎉🎉
awwwww, Thankyou☺️☺️xx
Good luck in your new purchase in Portugal I am sure over time you will get it the way you want it certainly looks a good purchase think it is better than some of the other ones you looked at and will be looking forward to your vlogs on the transformations that you have planed
Thankyou so much ❤️ x 😊
Beautiful plot of land. You have everything to live on. Water is the key and you have a well. An out building to store tools and another tiny building that looks like it could convert to a teenie tiny home. Fruit trees to feed you. All fenced in for safety of Dizy and Charlie.
Maybe consider a wooden structure to make a summerhouse. All in all you have it all. Well done on your purchase. 💚
Congratulations 🎉 The land is beautiful 🌟♥️ you did good. Being a dog owner a couple things come to mind; walk the perimeter and check for holes in the fence. Doggies are very good of finding those especially while chasing a rabbit, vermin, etc.. Know the wildlife in the area. The dogs are definitely easy prey to coyotes, who can jump a 6 ft fence easily, also large cats. Boars! Once they become aware of the dogs they will definitely come back. Large birds, hawks, etc., may not be able to carry a dog but can do significant damage with their Talon’s trying. I live in an area where everyone has large properties and people still leave small pets out roaming and cry when they don’t return! I built a smaller fenced inner yard (with fencing panels from Amazon), so my doggies cannot wander far and are always within eyesight and have heart peace of mind. ♥️🌟🐾 Anyway, I think you hit the jackpot with the land and it looks relatively well kept with minimal rubbish. All the water urns appear well maintained. Look into getting a battery operated weed wacker which also has the ability to attach a bush wacker. I recently bought a RYOBI and it’s a beast. Also a self propelled battery mower can do wonders and you can also hookup a drag to pull and not use the mower part. Anyway…😉 🎉❤
I figured on snakes and scorpions but are there really coyotes in Portugal?
@@darrenj3267 there are no coyotes in Portugal but there are wild boar and birds of prey. And wolves in some areas. And foxes.
Thanks for the advice😊.. There’s no coyotes in Portugal, definitely wild boar.. Have seen some big birds of prey too.. I think the dogs are fairly safe here though as they don’t ever go far from our side. Thanks so much for watching..😁
Guys , the hubby and myself are so chuffed for you, it’s a lovely bit of land, may you make some happy memories there ❤️ Oh, and don’t throw away those tools, clean them up, they’ll come in handy, the moon shaped knife thingy is a sithe, syth (don’t know to spell it) it’s used for cutting grass. The generator is maybe used to pump water down the land? Enjoy, can’t wait to see what you do with the land 👍🏻👍🏻
It is a sickle, I have one in my potting shed. Sythes are very large.
Scythe?
Ok.. Thanks so much for the advice, yes the generator is to pump the water from the boat hole to the storage container/ pool😂.. It’s all ready to go as far as we know!
@@susanyates4233 ahh, ok, so it’s a “baby sythe” 😊👍🏻
Hi Nick and Sarah. My wife and I have followed your channel since you started and look forward to Thursday evening every week. We have almost a hundred years of the daily work routine between us before we retired 13 years ago. Travel becomes more difficult with age and in a way we are experiencing seeing the world through your channel. We are really looking forward to you're new adventure in Portugal because it is a country that we love. You encourage us so much and I just wanted to tell you that.
awwwww, Thankyou so much, really appreciate your message, so glad you enjoy our videos ☺️☺️xx
You guys make a great team. You made quick work of that storage shed. Land is beautiful with so many possibilities. Lots of fruit to be harvested and put to good use. Maybe jams to pass along to others as gifts with a cute label?
That would be lovely❤.. Definitely lots of jams to be made form the fruit here 😊
Hey guys - looks fantastic- we have a lovely campo property in Andalucía and the one bit of advice I’d give you to start off with is, get the land cleared asap and keep a fire break all the way around the outside to protect it, and around the building itself. We do this in May each year with strimmers🎉 once it’s just about stopped growing and turning brown. Love the property and look forward to the adventure 😊 - Jon
Thanks Jon.. Yeah the grass is crazy long now and very dry.. It’s tricky because you can’t burn anything this time of year obviously leaving us with ‘what do we do with all the dry stuff’ if we cut it now😅
Beautiful piece of land, congratulations. You arrived at a good time to clear the grass as it's so dry you can rake it up. Good idea to stay there in the Spring to manage the strong new growth of everything! I hope you'll be able to create good connections with neighbours as they'll be priceless while you're away travelling. Please prioritise a fire break before the summer fires above all else. And that olive tree is way close to the wall of your store... I do no know about olive tree roots, but I would hate your building to be damaged.
Ok.. Thanks for the advice, don’t think there’s much we can do about the olive tree close to the building but will research into it for sure😊
Oh wow! We bought land in the U.K. 16 years ago, planted over 3000 trees. You will absolutely love your trees and so much fruit too, especially envious of those almond and pomegranate trees. Fantastic job guys, so keen to see what you make of it. So pretty I guess, like your home in Andalusia ! My guess 215 trees x
awwwww, Thankyou, looking forward to what’s to come.. 3000 trees is really good going!!!! 🙌xx
I suspect that many people here don't really want to travel with you at the moment. It's exciting to see what you're doing on your piece of land, mowing everything, trimming the trees, activating the well, building a shower and toilet for yourselves, etc.
😊😊.. We plan on doing a bit of everything on this channel so hopefully folk will enjoy to tag along and see what we get up too😊
That generator is going to come in very handy if you ever need to use any power tools to upgrade your land. So, hopefully works and you can figure out how to work it. Do not get rid of it, you will need it if you’re going to be off the grid.Guys! As I finish the video the more I fall in love with your new land. It has so much potential, and it’s like a canvas for you to put your own touch. It is awesome that you have a little house in the back and storage area and that you have the fencing as well. Awesome! 🙏❤️👏🌈
awwwww, Thankyou! The more time we spend there, there more we love it ☺️xx
Congratulations land owners, looks great & you both sound enthusiastic. The green metal piece is a soil screen, ( you thought it was for animal feeding) it has legs that pop down, put soil on top and it separates the course stones and lumpy soil. Really useful
Awww wow!! Thanks so much, we had no idea it was a soil screen until reading this.. 😊 xxxx
That was an amazing purchase. You are going to have such a great time. So many fruit trees! You are truly blessed. Happy for you and the doggies.
awwwww, Thankyou so much ☺️xx
I love it as much as Dizzy does! All those fruit trees and olive trees, wow! It is beautiful and I know it will be amazing when it is cleaned up a bit. Congratulations!
Congratulations. I know you've spent months building the van for travelling, but would love to see you through the summer months working on your land before setting off on your travels. ENJOY IT
Thanks so much.. We will be traveling up to the UK in the next month or so once we have the paperwork for the van or maybe we should wait until the kids go back to school in September 😳
How nice! Just been there last winter and coming back to next winter from Finland! So much warmer there! Not want any land, just motorhome living in south of Portugal! Ok, nice to watch your progress in land your next videos!
Thanks, yes, mild winters compared to up there in Finland that’s for sure! Thanks so much for watching..😁
The fencing is an enormous advantage. Fencing is so expensive! Well done and you’re right, spring absolutely definitely is the most beautiful time .. (and the busiest 😅)
I am so pleased for you both that you finally find the land you love.
Can’t wait to see this new chapter in your lives unfolded.
Because you’re going to make this so amazing like your other house.
Let us know what your plans are for the building like where the kitchen is going to be the toilet obviously .
It’s so exciting listening to you both talk about the trees and I can’t believe how many you’ve got there.
Take care stay safe x
Wonderful land. One thing I would do is buy a lawnmower and a rototiller so come spring time your ready to cut back the grass(weed) over growth. A Rototiller to churn up the earth around the trees. I would also burn off the dry grasses in small sections with a water hose and fire extinguisher handy come the cool fall weather. I am happy for you. A wonderful purchase for sure.
awwwww, Thankyou so much Lauralie ☺️☺️xx
Beautiful plot. The wee building is cute, lovely stonework. Great that the olive trees have been looked after, pruned etc. All the best x
Thanks Lucy❤
A patch of green, five thousand square, with trees abounding, everywhere; a symphony of leaves in the breeze, nature's artwork, as far as eyes see.
😊😊
Im so Happy you found some land. I ve been watching your Van Journey for years.
The medronho fruit can be eaten from the tree but darker red color when ripe
The alcohol you make with them is rather strong and can be gently added to your morning coffee to make a café com cheirinho 😊
Wow , didn’t think we’d ever be adding alcohol to our morning coffee! When in Rome I guess😂😂😂
Gorgeous land. I'd say the blue flowers are chicory! Lucky you. Enjoy the beauty
Great video guys. The land looks great, way better than I expected. Good solid building, well, fenced and gated. You've done great there
What a great bit of land,, wish I was there,, enjoy and have a great time 👍
I love all of you guys content!!! CONGRATULATIONS !!! On buying a lovely plot of land!!! My guess is that you have 50 trees on your land!!!🥰🥰
I am envious beyond belief 😁😁
Congratulations you guys 'done good' !!
Looking forward to all the goodies to watch in the future

Glad to see you back on track, then I'm back as a subscriber. I think I see a glimmer in your eyes I've missed since the mess with your new van started several months ago
Love this. Fabulous land. You are both so happy it's ace. Can't wait to see it develop x
I love the land, looks so good. Love the little building. So much potential. Look forward to see it develop over time.
What a great piece of land with everything you wanted! Can’t wait to see what you do with it. I’m happy to watch vlogs from the land rather than your travels although I’m sure you’ll be doing both. Good luck and congratulations!

It's absolutely beautiful with so much potential. And water that's the biggie! What a beautiful place to visit. Looking forward to seeing what you do with your land!
So pleased things are looking like they will work out as you planned. Enjoy your new adventure.
Omg what a beautiful piece of paradise. Congratulations guys. I'm so so happy for you❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
awwwww, Thankyou☺️☺️xx
Your place is amazing!
I've heard that Portugal has a lot of rules about getting rid of dry undergrowth, being a fire hazard. You might want to hire someone with a mower for the 1st year. Where I live, you could never leave small pups run too far because the wolves and coyotes would get them. So be sure to ask around if that's a problem. ❤
Thanks Terry.. No coyotes in Portugal and probably not many wolves I don’t think but definitely wild boar 😅.. The dogs generally stay by our side so shouldn’t be an issue 😅
A wonderful olive grove dotted with fruits flowers bees ands birds..
I think a DIARY of Life on YOUR land recording animals, insects, stages of plant life with weather conditions would make a very interesting project. Become botanists. A worthy cause protecting the environment.
I'm sure that seeing so many properties formulated a LIST of essentials, then the bonuses are additional. It would be good to keep the olive harvesters who know what they are doing, who take their cut and you take yours. My friends in Andalusia does that.. It's hard work of course seasonal and dependent on weather conditions what the harvest will amount to. It enriches your channel. I have never beenbored by the changes.. You are careful not to repeat information as some couples do. It's lovely. Thank you for sharing! Felicitations!
That could turn into a good book
@@jillybe1873 Yes I think they really could do this if they start now with the dialogue on you tube and from the recent presentation to PATREONS. Of course i that dialogue would need editing for a book... they have all the tools at their hands.......
I cannot afford to be at a PATRRON level of support to all those that I would wish to be, so I don't do any... but I love Sarah and Nick' style of travelling which is obviously restricted by dogs with character but thats part of THE STORY! Ive been watching them from definitely covid times, or before and also inspired well before 2019 by Pam the Van to travel frugally in a temporary converted Kangoo. I now need a better van for wintry cold and high summer.; the heat is already within one week after winter and rain , HOT and DRY for the now! I hope they take up my idea which might be the idea also of others. I've got my own story waiting in the wings and I ought to crack on with that! !!! Life in France means domestic and land tasks get harder to control as one gets older. Like them though, putting roots down in Nature as well as in a home they could or do let out, having the freedom to go places and go home to family is very important for some people. I am grateful they share their lives with us who follow.
awwwww, Thankyou for the kind words of encouragement.. We’re really looking forward to this next chapter! ☺️☺️xx
Congrats you guys!!! I can't wait to see what you do with it!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
This land is so happy to have someone that wants to bring it back to its potential! I am really excited for you!!!

Congratulations with your lovely land.

I'm so happy for you guys, your own little big piece of land. I think its really nice and you'll do great things there when you come visit. Like a blank canvas in a way, up to you to make it home. Always lovely to see you two, you have a great attitude about life and always cheer me up :) Blessings to the fam.
Hi guys! Wow it’s beautiful…you will never go hungry that’s for sure! All those fruit trees amazing! Congrats to both and your fur babies xxxx♥️
CONGRATULATIONS!!! Its beautiful. You did well.
We bought land site unseen. It turned out great. We have moved and sold it since. Wish we had stayed. I got sick and we moved back to the UK.
Enjoy. It looks amazing.
It’s going to be brilliant watching you clean it up and develop it. Parabéns!
Assuming you know that you’ve got to clear parts & areas the land to help prevent wild fires.
what a perfect plot you have bought! very good decision, I love the fencing and my husband was drooling seeing all the tools that you got with the buildings... especially that diesel generator, what a great addition!! We live in Ireland and have an off grid home here, got three generators (two petrol one gas, diesel generator was too expensive for us at the time) - check your generator for fuel and oil, maintain it (check oil, just like you do in a car), run it and... enjoy, all these pumps that you mentioned, they'll need to be powered by something - the generator is the way to go :D.
Also, if you stay on your land, and run out of your leisure batteries, for whatever reason, the generator will top them up
good luck!!
So happy for u both getting ur new land n it looks beautiful, good luck for ur future project n I wish u good luck, health n happiness, Charlie n Dizzee are gonna have a ball there, so happy for u all❤❤❤❤
Very excited for you!
I think if you take things slowly, you’re gonna find that you have a wonderful piece of property. This is something that you can work on throughout your life. It’s not something that you hurry up and try to get it to look perfect. That’s not the point, the point is the adventure! congratulations😊
It’s fabulous, so happy for you, looking forward to what you do.🎉❤
Congratulations guys, ya fur babies will get some exercise there! Looking forward to seeing you do more work on it, get it cut down as soon as poss because of the possibility of fires, you hear of so many and anyone with land there knows what they need to do to help protect their lands as much as possible! Takecare love Rose xxxx
73 trees, what a nice little plot of land. Congrats to you both. Cant wait to see what you do with it
Wow, such a lovely land! It got a bit of everything on it. And the building can be renovated into a beautiful home. Congratulations!
Kewl guyz 🙌🏼 remember seeing a video of this land for sale & liking it then- glad you’ve got it- enjoy 🎉
Congratulations on buying your land. So many fruit trees, so lucky. I would guess that you have 248 trees on the land.
Congratz guys, great piece of land, I am certain that you folk will make it into your own little paradise. I will love seeing the great transformation in progress as it happens, thanks for sharing.
Sadly owning some land in Portugal is not just plain sailing especially in central and southern Portugal. As landowners it is your responsibility to clear the land of waste vegetation each year to stop wild land fires which can spread rapidly to your neighbours and beyond. Landowners who neglect the land can receive massive fines for not complying and you will still need to clear it. So if I was you, I would forget a trip away in your new van and concentrate on land clearance. To enable this easyist and quicker, buy a tractor with a brush cutter. Using a strimmer will take absolutely ages. Then the dry vegetation needs to be raked up and disposed of efficiently, not burnt of course. The dream comes with work which cannot be neglected. Perhaps buying this land with all the fruit bearing trees is not what you thought it would be.
We know the situation here, and are aware of the work involved and keeping the land clear is important.. This is not a high fire risk area compared to a lot of other areas in the region (no big towns for miles and no high risk forests, pine or eucalyptus)all of the neighbouring land around us has not been cut back either just like ours so they will get in trouble first as we’ve only just bought ours a few days ago😅😂.. Anyway, we plan on keeping it clean and tidy either way and it won’t take us long as we have a secret weapon in store 😂
Bit late in the season atm to use tractor or metal blade brushcutter.
Around here, rent-a-goat services are great at clearing vegetation
Well deserved, you both work hard for what you have. You certainly make your own luck. What lucky dogs having such good humans looking out for them. Enjoy your land, wish you well with it, it looks awesome 😁
Looks like a wonderful plot of land, the trees are a real treasure, and the cute building looks so rustic and cleaned up very nicely. How truly lucky for you. And of course, the doggies love it. So so so happy for you all......much love lz
Absolutely amazing! It looks so lovely and such an amazing variety of trees! It really does tick all your boxes! I’m sure you will be really happy at your little Portuguese retreat! Parabéns!
Well done you two.
That was a risk and took guts. Looks like it paid off!
Believe me, you need to be doing this kind of thing now, while you're young and fit.
Very envious!
The land looks great. Love the well, and the building, and all the fruit trees. So I guess the generator is to power a water pump to fill the tank for irrigation? Can't wait to see the land in spring time. The water, the fruit trees and the gate/fencing really add to the value of the land.
Before you leave Vinnie, make sure you connect up the solar to his starter battery, so then you will be able to drive him when you visit. Also might be a good idea to do the same with the generator starter battery.
Thanks so much Neale, hope all good with you.. Appreciate the advice 😊.. Happy Sunday xxx
it's a beautiful plot of land! so happy for you, two!. you're both hard workers and it will get done!
ohhh so cute that little out building.😊that’s your cottage. I know you will have a great spot there!
You two are great, i love the land and I hate Brexit which almost makes this an impossible dream for us stuck on the grey island with no freedom of movement
So Happy for you guys & love watching Dizzy & Charlie wandering around their New Property ❤❤❤❤
Well done guys. Looks great and has all the things you need. Never throw out stuff. you'll be needing it shortly after...
I'm currently in Portugal on the land/property search. Maybe our paths will cross.
All the best 👍✌️❤
Lovely piece of land, interesting to see how you will work it on/off so look forward to seeing that and awesome that the dogs are contained
The land looks amazing and is perfect for you guys. I'm glad you went for it. It will be a ton of work to get it cleaned up overtime but it will be worth it. I can see you now with that clipboard making plans while you travel until you return. The shot of Dizzy guarding the gate was precious. He's so happy! It will be great to see them both running around. Oh and I guess there's 128 trees. :)
Well done on the lucky land find. It’s a great plot. Happy for you all.
Great that it’s fenced. Make sure you check the land carefully for any old wells or bore holes that haven’t been capped and would be a hazard for the dogs. Get busy with the strimmer so that the land is less of a fire risk. Looking forward to seeing how you get on.
Nice! Excited for y'all!!!
I am very happy for you, so glad you found your property. I think it is a fantastic piece of land. Any land requires work, and from what I’ve seen, you two never shy away from that. Congratulations and thank you for sharing, doesn’t matter what, I just enjoy watching. Blessings to you and the doggos.
Congratulations guys awesome plot of land everything you wanted cannot wait to see updates of how the land is coming on it will take time but you will get there ❤❤
So excited to see the land. It has so much potential and it sounds as if you are prepared to do what is needed on it. It will take time to make everything happen but that is okay. It is important to also do the traveling that is so important to you. Thanks for sharing it with us.
I Love it, so happy for you and look forward to seeing more of the land 🙂
Congratulations! Your land is beautiful what a lovely place! All the fruit trees and cute little buildings and water and a fence! What more could you ask for to start! You hit the jackpot😊👍 so happy for you and can’t wait to see what you do!
I just love it! I'm so happy for you guys! ❤ Lauren
Fantastic video this week. The land and buildings are great . We have every confidence in you both to manage the land and travel. You mentioned that a local farmer prunes the trees for the olive harvest. Maybe you can come to a similar arrangement and he will keep the land trimmed. You would then have time to work on other jobs on the land.
We have every confidence in you both and we look forward to following your adventures.❤
