    VIDEO INTRODUCTION:
How Amway's salesman made Amway the company it is today?
Amway practices direct selling which is 'A method of selling goods directly to the consumer by an independent Distributor. A Distributor can then introduce further Distributors and generate income from retail profits supplemented by bonus payments based upon the total sales of the group built by a Distributor'.
But this strategy is also used by Avon, Herbalife, Vorwerk, etc. but how is that Amway has managed to beat them all and top the list in the direct sales category? In this video, Think School tells you about Amway's salesmen and their genius strategy.

    Hey everyone,
We in no way support or promote network marketing. This is just a case study from an earlier time and please treat it purely like a learning content and do not see it as an inspiration to get into these schemes. They are BS.
We are not saying this to offend anyone but because we care about each one of you.
    Hope you understand :)

    Ganesh

Hello ganesh i liked the way you present your case study. But before presenting Plz know the facts about direct selling and network marketing industry and how they have impacted and changed people's lives
For your knowledge KPMG and FICCI have surveyed that this industry can generate 25000crs by 2025 ...This was pre-pandemic and now in pandemic the network marketing industry has generated many income opportunities to people who have lost their job
First check the facts and then put your case study in public

Srry to butt in. Those meeting doesnt run by amway corporation. It all run by the distributors themselves. Amway have stated to train, supplies and motivates. When you start a business yourself, you have to figure out how to yourself. Here you got a support group/systems to educate you.

such a brilliant strategy... people might think that the company is wasting money on the samples but then they earn huge profits from that investment

My mom, dad and aunty, all of them having a government job were also working as salesperson with Amway 20 years ago. No doubt it was costly back in those days, may be 2-3 times the market price. But it was worth it, the quality and performance of all the products were also 2-3 times better.
It was a big bread earner for people at that time when it first came to our city.
Unlike these current days new shitty multi level marketing business who promises you BMW within a month, Amway was nothing like that.

Amway also came out with this scheme of making people join to sell their products and entitling them to make more people join, thus creating a chain of sales people which kept adding on..

    1. Good product
    2. Good product
