    MDF
Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered wood-based sheet material made by bonding together wood fibres with a synthetic resin adhesive. MDF is extremely versatile and can be machined and finished to a high standard.
    HDF
HDF is high-density fiberboard. HDF is a strong homogeneous material. Advantages are; it is cheaper than wood or wood triply, offers you a large surface you can cut to produce big tabletops, it is strongish (wood is more resistant to wear out and endures better over time), it is very easy to cut and make joints, no need to plane or smooth out with sandpaper, it can be painted easily to obtain any appearance you like. It is good for the backs of cabinets but it is not really “wood.” It is wood fibres mixed with glues and pressed into sheets.
    HDHMR
HDHMR stands for High-Density High Moisture Resistance. It is basically an upgraded term of plywood, used to develop tough and robust wooden usage. ... These fibre chips are pressed together to form a single layer, removing small wood content to form a robust higher density board.
WP stands for Boiling waterproof and BWR for Boiling water-resistant. BWP and BWR plywood, both are engineered (man-made) products made by glueing together the layers of thin sheets of wood veneers at high pressure and temperature.
    PARTICLEBOARD
Particleboard, also known as chipboard, is an engineered wood product manufactured from wood chips or jute-stick chips and a synthetic resin or other. Considering that plywood possesses a cross-grain pattern from which it derives much of its strength, plywood is clearly stronger and more durable than particleboard. Plywood becomes even stronger and more durable with the strong adhesives used in its manufacture.
