SIr I am looking to buy an Office table (48 inch wide) for last 3 months, local dealers are all confusing me and they r not clearly saying which wood they will be using, they have too much price variation between 5k to 8k and 12k for hdrmr wood and now i have shortlisted some tables on Pepperfry but they are just using the work Engineered Wood which is more confusing .... should i order from pepperfry... is it good?

For kitchen my suggestion is use -commertial ply for cabinet box. because of weight holding capacity is high.
- use hight density WPC in washing area below sink.
- use HDHMR for kitchen shutters if you are going for pu or duco paint.
Civil Dimensions in my area Termite issue is very much so can’t use ply kindly suggest termite proof pls
