Thank you for making this video. Even though my pump was not exactly the same model and brand, it was pretty much the same procedure.
The only difference was that when I called my pool store, they said not to use any lubrication and to simply clean the surfaces of any debris so I cleaned the shaft and the inside of the seal housing with a metal brush and 1000 grit sand paper to remove the rust on the metal.
So far no more leaks and it saved me from bringing my pump to shop, the cost of the repair and fairly easy repair.
