Less is more Mark. The main thing is to enjoy the ride, sometimes it gets all too cinematic and the rawness of cycling is lost. Well done on towing the boys into the finish.

great to see you vlogging and riding. not expecting regular video's but still great, As others have mentioned Glenmore Road, I have heard locals refer to it as Cut Hill (and no there isn't an "n" missing). Don't know what you have against the western HWY, there are at least a few servo's to re fuel at. I did my first ride home in 6 months last Tuesday.

I didn't realise Mark that you went to so much trouble to bring us the great moving images you do; for mine I like the content anyways - the great humans, banter, the scenery and the equipment. My feeling is that if you can do great content easily and regularly with the pro 11 that is better than the footage being technically perfect.

Fantastic footage! My brothers keep telling me to switch to iPhone for the camera, but knowing me I'd lose it or drop it!
Shot most of my maven inspired bike videos on a phone. Easy to just shoot and not mess with settings like on a traditional camera. Less shit you gotta tinker with on rides is nice.

I used it and then sold out next day. Got a Note 10+. The 11 wasn't much better than my 6. Sold all my DSLR stuff. Made a few hundred grand off my old iphone 6. It's my back up camera now.
Hey Mark, how are the Far Sports wheels going?
Apple is catching up to whatever has been out there for a while for companies like LG, Huawei, Samsung, etc. in terms of lens flexibility. I have an LG V20, Wich is from 2016 if I'm not mistaken, and LG was probably the first to have the wide angle lens in the back. Not only that, the front camera is also wide by default, which is awesome for selfies, it's just not as well stabilized, as that part of the camera tech has improved amazingly through years.

No just in the hand mate. Over the years I have developed a skill for bending the elbow and using my arm as a gimbal 🤣but yeah it works.

What did all the filming do for your battery life? Would you realistically have to carry around a battery bank if you were to vlog on this full time?
The battery on the iPhone 11 Pro is insanely good. Didn't have to charge once all day even with the filming over 9hrs.
Tech geeks might bitch but that video is plenty good for us ordinary joe CZcams watchers
