  • In this live CZcams video, I share insights on how people can properly prepare for speaking engagements at businesses or universities. Next week, several people in our community will join me for an event, and I wanted to film this live video to educate others considering the same strategy. It takes courage, as sharing mistakes in front of people can be embarrassing.
Influencing cynical stakeholders, such as judges or prosecutors, is challenging and offers no guarantees of success. Nevertheless, we persist in our efforts. One effective approach within our community is giving back, contributing, and educating others on the consequences of poor choices. This work aims to impact sentencing and sets the stage for greater levels of liberty after the sentence is complete.
Additionally, starting this work allows you to build your client roster and forge relationships with professors and distinguished universities.
    Best,

Please say this more. I struggled with it as you know when you and your team helped me get a 33 month sentence and spend only 10 months in prison. When I accepted that I was going to be standing in front of a Judge and that I alone put myself there, I believe that is why I got the sentence I did. The AUSA was pushing for a 51 month sentence and you walked me through facing the truth of why I was there; things started changing. I am now 4 years home and I’m asked to speak at Law conferences and my business is better than ever. Thank you Justin and team

One of the extraordinary things about Justin is very simple: After making the wrong choice, he makes the right one. He learns from his mistakes.
Another is that he owns his mistakes, and he teaches and warns others about making the wrong choices. He doesn't hide from his choices or claim that his judge or the prosecutor were corrupt.
So few are willing to do so.
As a very old man looking back at his life and at the country in which I've lived, I'm struck by the many, many people who do not accept the responsibility for their actions and the [so very] few who are like Justin.

Its Stephen again. The FLU is garnishing 15% of my SSA Account and 25% of my disposable income. I got behind on my restitution payments due to life events including 6 weeks of unemployment. I was court ordered to pay 500.00 but now they are garnishing
860.00 a month in wages and 355.00 from SSA for a total of 1255.00 a month. Please advise if they can be challenged for taking so much. I am 66 years old and my restitution is over 1,000,000 dollars.

I was hoping to get some advice regarding an FLU (financial litigation unit) that is garnishing my SSA retirement account and my wages. Please let me know where I can ask a few questions regarding my situation.

Always enjoy your videos but your pattern switch is wrong on the microphone. It needs to be on cardiod pattern. Turn the switch two clicks, record and hear the difference.
