Your client is going to a minimum security Federal Prison which isn't so bad. So why are you complaining? She did the crime and she should spend a few months. In the case of the prosecutor, they should also spend time in minimum security Federal Prison. That's fair. THe prosecutor is also going to lose their BAR license and they won't be able to practice the law for the rest of their life.

You can't argue there is a "two-tier" legal system by comparing two completely different crimes: theft vs. perjury. And more importantly, if there are "tiers" of justice, you haven't really provided a plausible basis for the "tiers" ... is it wealth (the usual suspect)? Is it race,? (probably not since the prosecutor was black). There are also differences in judges themselves, and a wide random latitude in judicial discretion. More like a multi-tiered system on the basis of personality.

If a normal citizen would have kept and shared classified documents in their home and bragged about it they would have been sent to prison right away and then would have had to stay in prison through their open and shut trial, then be in prison for years afterward, but 45 certainly didn't get that.

None of you have a leg to stand on when it comes to a "two tiered justice system". This country has been railroading black people for centuries. Enslaving them and when slavery was allegedly "abolished", the country left a loophole to keep black people enslaved when convicted of a crime; thereby creating crimes to then lock up black people. So, it's been a two tiered justice system forever to the detriment of black people. You're just angry that a black person was given the leniency that most white people are afforded.
