PPP cases are going to be prosecuted more and more before the statute of limitations run out. It's low hanging fruit and very easy pickings.I've known some who've avoided PPP loans when they came out to not deal with all the hassles and regulations. There will be a lot more prosecutions and they will be successful.
I got a small PPP loan. My employee chose to stay at home and not work and get paid more. I paid the PPP loan back when he finally told me his plan. Yeesh

There are not enough Jail cells out there to put all the PPP loan fraudsters in jail
They do deserve prison otherwise what is the real punishment especially if they have the money to pay it back. God bless the whistleblowers!
