    Excellent presentation.
A good friend went to Federal prison for 7 months. He did what his lawyers said to do 30 years ago. It turns out bad advice from a lawyer is no defense. He had poor representation, and the Judge hated white-collar criminals and wanted to make an example of him.
He paid the fines and did the time. What is terrible is that now he can't have a bank account, or a stock account, and can't be an officer in his own business. He's lucky that he's married to an amazing woman who is now the "owner" of his business and has the stock and bank accounts.
It's terrible that we continue to punish people after they have paid the fines and did the time.

He can't have any bank account or just one tied to his business? Is he supposed to stash his money in crypto, or a pillowcase?

Our family went to trial and won after being indicted twice with the first one thrown out. You win and thank God as I to this day wear a medal of The Lord’s Prayer that I started wearing after that victory. I have a lot of empathy for Hunter as on a much much lower scale I understood the dynamic of a family member in public life. That said he knows better than to put himself in these entanglements. I’m sorry the conviction occurred but maybe this matter can finally put him forever on the straight and narrow.

Will clearly they need to start cross-referencing these documents and fentanyl arrests.
I mean if we're going to start enforcing this law, then let's start enforcing it.
I estimate it would nab about 750,000 Republican voters in 25 states.

I assume you're referring to federal cases. It's much easier to beat a state charge, but you definitely don't want the feds coming for you.

🎉 We all know what would have happened with a pardon if it was the Former president son, who was sentenced to prison, if he still had been the president.......just like he did to his Enablers, when he held office......😮😅

Wrong . The fact is that very few who have lied on ATF forms EVER GET PROSECUTED. Only those with a history of crimes do. He is a first time offender, never used the gun and will get probation. When you find a first time offender who lied on an ATF form in prison come back .
