Opening Day Double Down

This one is pretty special! Cade and I double-up for the second time in in 2022!
The bow I used for this hunt was my new Timberghost Archery TGX recurve....56", #50@ 28"

The arrow was a 3 , 4" feather fletched .400 Easton carbon shaft tipped with a VPA 1 1/4" 250 grain 3 blade screw-in. Total arrow weight was around 550 grains.
Cade used his tried and true Stalker recurve, about 54# at his draw. his arrows were the new Easton Fred Eichler 5mm, .400 spine, also tipped with an 1 1/4" 250 gr. VPA 3 blade.
