After the latest trouble I had with REI, I will be getting my gear from somewhere else going forward. I you expect to order gear from them, make sure you have a month or two before your trip. They use On-Trac and this company is the worst carrier on the planet. They will steal you package or tie it up in their system for weeks. The whole time REI is enjoying my money.
