Hmm, I see a lot of sliding down the rope with the lower (securing) hand - the one that needs to always hold the rope. I believe it's considered safer to bring the upper hand down to catch the rope too, then move the lower hand further down and return the upper hand up. This way you always handle the rope tightly and it can't suddenly just slip through your fingers at a sudden fall.

cycling on the sidewalk is definitely a YES. thats why you have a bell or a clown horn. to warn pedestrians. i wont hit a cyclist, but you cant convince me that i need to put my car on the wrong side of the road and risk getting myself hit, because a cyclist chooses not to remove themselves from the obvious danger. especially when a safe alternative is so obviously available. you dont always have a sidewalk, but use it when you do.

A) if it were me, i would ride facing the traffic. i'd feel more secure seeing whats coming towards me. B) that smell is called "Real Country Fresh".

I love these, i have the 7 and had the 5&6 as well. I suffer from arthritis in my big toe, so the rocker on the front has changed my life! I wear these for every day wear. Unfortunately they don’t come in a wide fit, so I have had to size up and get the men’s version which are wider than the women’s.
