- This is the perfect build for the new remote hunt-a-thon feature. Niantic implemented the new remote hunt-a-thon feature in monster hunter now and this will allow us to hunt in groups easier than ever! This build takes advantage of this new feature and it focuses on supporting the team with status effects!

so happy about this update man. i beat a 9 star zinogre today due to me being able to hunt with others. matchmaking is quick and the hunts dont lag or run poorly at all. also i might try out this build, thanks.

As others have said in the comments, this update is really awesome! I'm playing in a rural area, with no players around. I was only starting to beat zinogre 5s. But since the update, I have been able to finish the vent, and do zinogre several times, even beyond 6*! The game just gets better and better. The community seems to be listened to. That's great ! And as for the video, I find it very good, as always! I'm always happy to see builds that you don't see elsewhere! If the zennies allow me to do so, I will test this build😂.
Edit: I wonder if this build would work with poison. I think poison does damage as a percentage of hp. The more stars the monsters have, the more HP they have, and even more in HAT?
Niantic and capcom are listening haha! This build is fun but yes you should save your zennys and prioritize elemental haha!
As for poison i'll have to test it out first. I see no reason to run a lot of status sneak since the monster will still get poisoned haha
@@PauwerPlays I thought poison worked the same way. You have to tap several times to apply it. And when it ends, you have to apply it again. But poison takes away something like 10% of HP? It could be interesting perhaps. I don't know

I like your ideas. You give equipment skills that are not meta shine. in line with this build, they should also add status ammo on LBG like in the main games. Since we are expecting elder drags in the future, support is definitely a must.
Yep! Hopefully kushala still loses its wind armor when its poisoned haha!
Poison will be a meta if that happens since are no other way to poison. Also they should find a way to add flashbombs in game if they will add more flying wyverns since windproof skill sucks 🥲

the matchmaking HaT update is cracked, but its not technically remote, as remote would mean we could join them while not being at a HaT node. since we have to be at one, its just matchmaking, and that is a fantastic start

Building up all 3 status SnS on my end.
Been able to chain para monsters several times so far, as well as poisoning monsters with ongoing sustainability (which is the DPS version of this build, and i recommend more if on solo play since poison does alot of the carrying)
Both Girros and Pukei weapons are great to for its native Sneak Attack lvl1
Nothing beat elemental for dps but status is great to have as a support making hunts easier!

They really need to un-nerf my baby Sns 😞
(It got a dps nerf near the end of early access..but now its fallen behind and they should just put it back to how it was lol)
I use coral head and barioth legs for sneak attack.
I usually lock on head, just attack from the side to proc sneak :)
I tried a sneak attack build too but i wasnt paralyzing the monster as much as this build haha!

usually i play solo on HAT.. but its now easy when the update is live.. i be able to gather mats for r5 and r6 zinos..

The new hunt-a-thon & hr rank updates are amazing. However hunters leaving lobby's cause of low hr level players is annoying
I understand for 9 star zinogre hunts. It's just impossible if there's hr 100 below in the party. For 8 star hunts, its doable
This update is so good im actually worried that its bugged in terms of how far it pulls from. Knowing Niantic from pokemon go if they ever rolled out a good update they would say its bugged and roll it back somehow.

I'm loving the updates lately wven though I havw killed countless 3 star monsters and I havw yet get a single whatever to upgrade tp tier 8 weopon I believe. I havw 3 all from events and I always havw that hope that this one is gonna be it and yet it never happens. Killed 3 3 star today I think and I believe 1 3 star is paintball. Will I get it? Probably not but dam it that rng is bound to happen. Hopefully before hitting lvl 50 in the season pass. Level 35 I believe so wither way I'll get it soon

Can you make a video about how spot 9* Zinogre in Hunt-a-thon easily? I have been waiting whole day for it to appear or sometimes I missed it because I have to wait for 3hrs cooldown since I finish my previous hunt-a-thon.
It's just random as far as i know. During this event i try to save my tickets for those 9 star zinogres
You can see the final monster on the worldmap in active HAT's and you can tap inactive ones to see the full lineup.
@@DiakosDelvin yes but the chance for 9* Zinogre is really rare. I dont want to go too far or too long to scan for it. It would be easier if there is a specific order for it to be appear.
nice followed new update video \m/ I saw many people use para and even sleep for supporting, but when face 9* Zinogre is something different, 4 players go full DPS and win in 1 second left
I used this build against 9 star zinogre. We managed to hunt it down to the last second haha!
Which status could proc with Status Sneak Attack ?

Now with temote hats its easier to play support haha

Replace paralysis with poison and you will have a ton of damage.
Does it work with monsters no weak to poison? I find that ypu still trigger poison even without status sneak

Poisoning the monster adds pressure to those who are trying to break as many parts possible to gain an extra dose of mats.
I'm one of the many who are doing that and I've had my fair share of hunters using poison. It ends the battle fast but I lost the opportunity to gain more materials from the monster.
Ohhhh I didn't realise remote raiding what now a thing. Though it was spoffers lol. Tho how does one remote raid ? I have seen nothing from niantic about this 😅lol
You join a hunt a thon and wait a couple of seconds and you will be matched with other players :)
How does the remote hunt-a-thon works? I will love to hunt afar too and help out.
You join a hunt a thon then wait a few seconds. If no one is around you, the game will match you up with others in a similar hunt a thon
it's kind of LoL match making, press join HAT and wait for link with another players waiting like you, it's required you and another players hunt THE SAME MONSTER
What if this was combined with KO King Build?
You can try, but you will sacrifice some status sneak and the paralysis up skills

para with charge blade is not viable?
You can still use charge blade but it qont stack up paralysis as fast as sns
Just do elemental with CB or raw slugger build with diablos or Bdiablos

The remote HATS is live. When joining a hat wait a few seconds and you will get matched with others

I really like the new hunt-a-thon update,but my first experience was with a hacker joining and deleting a Zinogre that I can't beat on my own...I was eager to do the hunt,but it was just sad 😢

Woaaaah thats unfortunate. What star was the zinogre? Maybe you just matched with a player with a grade 9/10 weapon haha

It was 6 star,but I searched for hacking in this game and unfortunately there's a lot of videos about it saying that is completely safe and there's no bans...😰

You probably know this already but Late game players with g8/9/10 gear will demolish a 6* in no time, they likely werent a hacker and just a old player that wanted to help newer players farm mats
With the bottle neck of upgrading equipment, I don't recommend this. 😂
You only need to upgrade the armor to grade 4 and you get all the skills already. The weapon you can upgrade to g7 and decide if you want to upgrade it further

Edit: Girroz sns is my first weapon that I built. Glad with the Tzi Set it can be used as one of the best supporting role. I’ll be using the Kulu Helm as well for that tail lock on 🎉

Please don't actually waste your mats on these builds, just go with damage so you can solo things as well as add damage to hunts. Materials and zenny are hard enough to come by as is.
Just saw a video of someone killing g10 jho with a 7-1 pukei bow so idk what you mean by waste?
I know you and every other content creator thought you were helping with this subject, but it ultimately made things worse. Nothing like going into a 9* Zinogre raid and being matched up with three level 25 support build players. There definitely needs to be a limit to the number of low number support builds in a Hunt A Thon in future updates.
Best solution is to cap low hr hunters to 8 stars and below. 9 star is too difficult for them and even for some hr 100 players.
A player with grade 8 and above support weapons wont be too bad. Its just that players need to have the right grade of weapons when facing 9 stars
