For beginners i suggest this lance build: Radobaan helm Barroth mail Banbaro arms Barroth waist Radobaan legs This build is easy to farm and can help you practice perfect guarding and activating offensive guard. You can swap out the waist for diablos waist. You can also use black diablos pieces if you want in the future. Element is also strong for the lance. Hope this helps! :)

Yes, I use long sword and I repeat hit once and roll once. The wind doesn't affect me. Hopefully the dev doesn't fix this one lol

Oh really? Artillery says it buffs phial attacks haha. Id have to test it myself.

I’m trying to get enough Daora tails to make 3 armor pieces to get the Kushala 25% ice attack buff. At least there’s still something good for ice sets including CB. Hopefully I can get an ice+1 skill buff Barioth braces. It is a bit of a shame that artillery only helps impact phials and not so much elemental, but that’s been consistent within the mainline series. As far as GL is concerned, I feel artillery is a must where you can apply it.

The bone gunlance is certainly strong but it stil totally depends on your prefered playstyle. For me, i get bored when simply doing charge shelling haha!

I have a sneaking suspicion they’ll nerf the bone gunlance later on. There’s a built into design emphasis on making elemental sets to prepare for each season and to tackle higher level raids.

Bone GL is extremely strong ATM, especially if you were able to complete all the launch quests which were easy to fly through.

Ohhh that's an interesting build! I just find it hard to hit weak spots with the wyrmstake if im behind the monster. Hard to do the math now since mhn doesnt include artillery skill yet haha. Would love to try out sneak attack tho!

Well kushala gunlance is a long type gunlance. You want to take advatage of its charge shelling by adding artillery. That's how i would build for the kushala gunlance

Oh i see. Hopefully we get a skill that allows us to fill up all phials with only yellow charge

@@PauwerPlays well making the perfect combo almost you kill the mon with some broken parts 😅, in my case still practicing on jyura7*, is not my main weapon but sometimes still using in raids 👍🏽

always have artillery level 3. That's the max we can get that also gives us extra shell

I saw a Japanese Video where a guy is running Girro Gun Lance and he killed a 10 Bassarios, so it's FOR SURE viable, I think he did get stuck on 10 Tobi-Kadachi, but it's insane as a support weapon it can drop that kinda damage... Looking forward to making it myself. This is his youtube user name: コトナリ it's exactly like you'd imagine but he does use Deviljo chest for the DPS, I have no idea how he driftmelds but you can imagine it's for damage / guts and heroics at his level...

stake does cutting damage and then a final shelling damage

mhn.quest added a new table for the gunlance. So far we know that it has element and can crit haha

When friend quests reset, you have 3 options of easy, medium, hard. You can join these quests alone first then your friends who have not joined a friend quest yet can see the quest you joined. They can choose to join your quest or post their own. You can also see the quests your other friends joined and you can choose to team up with them. Hope it wasnt too confusing haha. Feel free to ask me for any clarifications

I would suggest elemental longswords with high total damage like the zinogre longsword or the deviljho sword. But it totally depends on your playstyle :)

Let's hope shelling doesnt get nerfed too much haha! Main biggest problem with kushala is that it's gonna be so hard to upgrade :(

@@PauwerPlays I made Kushala’s CB for fun, but yea. I can be fine with upgrading it to max 7, but I’m pretty sure the requirements are gonna be heavy for 8 and above. Haven’t looked it up yet though. I’m nearly finished with leveling up Basarios greaves to 6 to match my armor sets, and my Zin CB is 2 rarity 6 drops away from the mat requirement for being fully maxed out.

@PauwerPlays Never mind. Forget about me saying it's a rare move. I managed to activate it twice. At the start of the battle, roll/step back. Khezu will start sniffing and perform the triple bite attack.
