Can you do a video of a full BBL surgery? Start to Finish
I would love to!! However, they won't allow that to be published on any platform--nudity and then on only fans they don't like it because the patient is asleep. It is very hard to publish any surgery video without running into problems.

Can you share some insights on Flat Spots and what to do about it?
Nothing much we can do for the flat spots--the flat spots are areas where the tissue will not expand to allow the fat so they don't 'pop' out and remain more flat.

Above only. Cannot inject into the muscle or below the muscle--it is dangerous. That is the first episode of Behind The Mask Season 4 which begins January 2023!

It's a difficult answer. Some will and some will not. Again it depends on the patient and the tissue distensibility but in my experience it can get a little better but usually not.

How many cc of fat do you typically inject on each side to achieve super natural results.?
Super variable. Some patients need only 200 cc and some patients will require 2000 cc. Impossible to really answer.
@DrWilliamMiami I went to few surgeon and they advised to have 500 cc on each side because the fat dies 30 to 40 % after few months leaving 300 cc of fat. What would you advise?
I don't decide preoperatively on how much fat to graft. For me everything is about the shape and I usually fill everyone to capacity and that's hwo we get the best shape. I just follow the Ogee.
If you lose weight after a BBL how does that effect results?
Once your fat has survived and you lose weight the cells will get smaller and then if you gain weight they will get bigger. Essentially the fat cells that were placed during the BBL behaves like normal fat cells. Watch this video for a better explanation.

I am not seeking a "big butt" just a more naturally sculpted-clean look. I have some bra rolls and flanks I'd like to see disappear. With the elimination of the extra fat in those areas is it possible to see enhancements in the hips and butt without having a full BBL?

We all have hip dips to one extent or another. Don't worry about them. Not everyone needs a BBL or needs to have their hip dips filled in!

Your best results are achieved when you are at a good, healthy weight.
