What a legend you are ! Bring on Australia! I live here and have many a friend that has died of CF. The hypertonic saline study and treatment started here , thanks to some CF surfers who felt better in clinic than others.
Now, we know hypertonic saline makes mucus thinner in CF, and can reduce antibiotics, and IV doses and time in hospital. !

I m not if i had this. Had thick mucus . Couldn't take deep breath as i used too and inhaling cold air would make me cough all the time. But it seems it has kind of gone. I had done r-ray of my lungs they couldn't see anything. I thought i ll check as i worked for a few years in construction where is lots of dust. Nothing to be see. They say you have nothing. Went doctor. They say i have to move more. But i dont drive. All i do is bus and walking. If i inhaled hot air it was better. But then i started fasting 40 days for myself and was also greek 40 days easter fasting and weather became less cold which could also help. But fasting was hours not eating. Almost no sugar or no sugar drinks but real fruit squeezed myselffrom whole fruit. Morning water with apple cider vinegar on empty stomach. Before eating or in my salad bit olive oil and vinegar. Late evening water vinegar empty stomach. Morning and evening no food. (Fasting hours). Of course when your body has less crap to get rid off it then start cleansing all bad things of your body and makes you even healthy again.
