- This is my first episode of "It's Going Down!" where I show you exactly when/what I am putting down in my lawn. Today, I am applying a concentrated light fertilizer made by Urban Farms called "Liquid Lawn" and I will be using my 4 gallon Field King backpack sprayer to get it on my lawn. Follow all label instructions for application rate and coverage, but with the right prep, you'll successfully feed your lawn using this powerful supplemental fertilizer.

Do you water this product in the next morning after applying it?
It does not say anything about having to water it in on the label, so I haven't.
How much do you use per 1000 sqft
Urban Farm Liquid Lawn 13-1-2 is 0.5 oz per 1k sqft, and if you are adding Southern Ag Liquid Iron to it, I have used 8 oz per 1k sqft for the high rate of application, but I'd suggest going a little lower. I'd suggest doing 4-6oz per 1k instead.
Why canât it be your main fertilizer?
That would be like asking can you live off supplements instead of food - don't do that đ
All jokes aside - you can use this often, but it is not going to give your grass everything that it needs. That is why you need a regular fertilizer.
